Wednesday night is Tapas night. £12.50 pp for an amazing platter of tapas. We had a starter of bread with black olive dip and it was a great start. Plenty of wines available by the carafe....(perfect if one is driving) and with a seat by the window we watched the sun setting. It was amazing. Best thing by far was... More

A wonderful spot on the waters edge looking across Parkstone Bay to Poole which on the evening we visited included a wonderful sunset. The staff are very friendly, the decor simple contemporary nautical which works wonderfully but most importantly the food is excellent. The evening menu has a seafood slant. We shared a mug of prawns to start then had... More

We've had glorious breakfasts here (full English, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, great toast and coffee). This time, we celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner on Saturday evening. We sat by the window, watching the sun setting over Parkstone Bay and enjoyed starters of: stonebaked pot bread (still piping hot) with an oil and balsamic dip for my husband and... More

On Saturday the 23rd of May 2015 the sun was high, the skies were clear and the eind was light. It was a perfect morning for an Al-Fresco breakfast.... Phoned up and booked a table for 1030...staff said booking was essential. Got there and it was rammed, do glad we'd booked. The breakfasts are expensive, but they are totally excellent!... More

Just eaten the nicest meal ive ever had. Stuffed monkfish tails with peppers wrapped in proscuito on crushed new potatoes with a green pesto jus and only @ £ 10.90. This is surely the best place in Poole and Bournemouth to eat at.

Haven't eaten here for quite some time but had always enjoyed the food although it was getting less and less reasonably priced. But ate lunch here today with family and was very disappointed with the Sunday roast. The pork could have been almost any kind of meat it was so lacking in flavour. The parsnips were almost inedible - so... More

Now I like Italian food but yesterday at South Deep I had, probably the best Seafood Linguine ever. One of our favourite spots for lunch it is set in a marina close to the sea and over the years has extended its covers to both inside and outside positions. It offers a limited choice menu to cover the day and... More
