I have eaten several times at the Brook Inn and have always been happy with the quality but the last meal was below par with chips that were like the McDonalds ones & a cheesecake that actually wasn't a cheesecake but something with a sponge base.

We visited this lovely restaurant for my birthday and I was so surprised by the fabulous food and great value. The gluten free menu was a definite plus too! Will definitely be going again!

Some required starters and a main course whereas others ordered a main and dessert. The waitress struggled manfully, if that is not a contradiction of gender and adverb, to take... More

Thank you for your review, I am glad that the cremated steak was to standard, chef wasn't too happy about ruining a good piece of meat, but we do cook to the clients requirments. Look forward to seeing you soon at the begining of the new season More

Our first visit to The Brook Inn in Washbrook on Saturday 7th June for lunch was great. The menu is fantastic offering a huge choice of gluten free meals. As a coeliac who ususally ends up with little or no choice when eating out this was a great start. We had starters, main courses and shared a dessert and all... More

I visited the brook inn yesterday after finding reviews online. I am gluten intolerant and am always on the look out for a restaurant to goto where I'm not limited to a chicken and bacon salad. The food at brook in was absolutely amazing with almost everything either being gluten free as standard or available gluten free. I have not... More

If the chef doesn't have a Michelin star, he should have! Great food, always fresh and inspiring. If you are a vegetarian the selection is superb. Well done and will be back soon.
