My Mum and I often visit Museum St Cafe as a lunchtime treat. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Neither of us are vegetarian but the food here beats anything else in Ipswich. The Dahl and Polenta cake are especially nice!

I have been to this little gem several times and I have to emphasise how absolutely amazing it is! The food is just divine. I would seriously eat here every day if I lived closer and could afford to!! (Not that it's expensive, though, because it's very reasonably priced). Love this place! (And I agree with the person who said... More

Have eaten here twice now and both occasions the food has been delicious. Really savoury, tasty, vegetarian lunches. The staff are delightful. I understand it can get very busy and difficult to find a seat but I had no problem on either visit. I mentioned it to a meat-eater at work and he said the food was so nice you... More

Food is brilliant, all home made, though fewer choices than they used to do (plus more safe options - like always jacket potatoes and lasagne - I like the more out-there stuff they do occasionally, like polenta cakes). Also fewer choices if you're pregnant (a lot of goats cheese). Friendly staff, and water jugs on the table is a nice... More

This lovely spot in the Old Museum Street serves wholesome whole foods and offers a take away service too.

Visited for the first time for lunch with my husband who always sings the cafe's praises! And I understand why! Delicious roasted Aubergine with goats cheese on a bed of cracked wheat salad which was absolutely delicious and flavoursome. The side salads were super too!!.

Popped in for lunch at the Museum Street Café today. Most delicious vegetarian food. Great fresh salads too and wonderful, friendly service with a smile! A real gem, will definitely be going back to try more dishes!

Delicious food here, definitely try it if you have the time, I would argue best food in Ipswich actually. We come here often and even my 'meat eating' partner loves it and it is now surprising it is often really busy! If only they were openin the evenings I would be there all the time!

Love it here!!! Took my mum here who is a very light eater and they accommodated her really well! I had a goats cheese panini which was delicious as always! Lovely friendly staff and a great chilled atmosphere! Would recommend to everyone
