Description: Osborne’s Café and Grill in Llandudno -- could there be a more romantic restaurant anywhere? Set in the Grade II listed Osborne House Hotel right on the promenade, Osborne’s is a modern tribute to high Victorian style. Softly candlelit and decorated with opulent drapery, period fireplace, gleaming chandeliers, gilt mirrors, antiques, paintings and fluted columns, the dining room still manages to be relaxed and informal. Perfect for light bites or full meals, the menu uses local produce to create inventive, seasonally-changing modern European dishes. Everyone loves the Conwy Valley lamb shank with ratatouille and basil when it’s on the menu and the Osborne’s rendering of fish and chips.

From the comfy settee by the roaring fire, to the Lamb shank which fell off the bone, and finishing with the awesome White Chocolate and Bailey's Parfait for dessert, this place ticks every box. Well worth a visit!!

The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are friendly. Nice place for a catch up with friends but the meals aren't great, with chips that taste as if they've been re-heated.

Why offer high tea without the choice of loose leaf tea? at that price £13! Had nearly finished the tea before the sandwiches, cake & scone arrived. Perhaps they should consider buying another couple of teapots if a group of 8 visit. Dirty side plates. Side dish of chips arrived half way thru the main and the requested tap water... More

big problem with osbornes is their policy of not being able to offer you a table at 7.30, 7.45, 8.0 clock, 8.15, or 8.45. only 7.0 which is too early or 9 which is too late.and this is trying to book 6 weeks in advance.the food and surroundings are good but we have had to cross it off our list.we... It's been a while since we have dined here, it was David's choice for his birthday! - and what a perfect choice ! the food was just so delicious, tremendous value for money, and I can honestly say that the service was the best we've ever had there - well done all concerned ( I couldn't manage my 'pud', so... Our hotel was right down the street and our hosts recommended Osborne's for dinner. We couldn't thank them enough for the recommendation! The hotel is absolutely stunning and the restaurant is equally beautiful. The chef came out and spoke with us for a bit as we were fellow Americans (he's originally from Texas and married a girl from Wales) and... More

We have to Osborne House each time we visited Llandudno for an evening meal and it never disappoints. The actual place is stunning and very comfortable. The food is exquisite and gluten free meals are clearly marked. There is also a lovely cosy lounge area to relax with a drink after you have finished your meal, with large sofas and... More

From the minute we walked into this hotel we felt we had come to somewhere special. Rooms were well dressed and inviting. The dining room was light and airy with plenty of space between tables and NO music bombarded us, instead a pleasant quietness which allowed guests to chat. Food was great, staff attentive and helpful. Its now our favourite... More

My husband and I dined here with friends on a weekend break, after a recommendation. It was a good choice! The surroundings are opulent Victorian elegance, the menu provided a good range of dishes including plenty of choice for my vegetarian friend and the service was prompt and courteous. There is a good range of fresh fish dishes and the... More

No where near as good as we had been led to believe. My wife had the filet steak which she thoroughly enjoyed however the accompanying thimbleful of mashed potato and ten green beans in no way justified the extortionate price. I had the ribeye steak which had the appearance and consistency of road kill accompanied by the same lacklustre vegetables.... More
