Description: Osborne’s Café and Grill in Llandudno -- could there be a more romantic restaurant anywhere? Set in the Grade II listed Osborne House Hotel right on the promenade, Osborne’s is a modern tribute to high Victorian style. Softly candlelit and decorated with opulent drapery, period fireplace, gleaming chandeliers, gilt mirrors, antiques, paintings and fluted columns, the dining room still manages to be relaxed and informal. Perfect for light bites or full meals, the menu uses local produce to create inventive, seasonally-changing modern European dishes. Everyone loves the Conwy Valley lamb shank with ratatouille and basil when it’s on the menu and the Osborne’s rendering of fish and chips.

Came here for our first wedding anniversary, as we were seated we were wished a happy anniversary by the older waiter who waited on us for the whole evening. I did notice the menu was somewhat condensed in comparison to previous visits however we were both able to find something that we liked and when the meals came out to... More

Ate here on both Friday and Saturday as we were staying at Osborne House Hotel on a DBB deal. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and the dining room is quite romantic with lots of candles on the walls. The menu is OK without being hugely adventurous and the food was nicely presented and cooked to good standard. Over... More

My wife and I have been visiting the Osborne for many years. The food and service are always fantastic. The staff are always very friendly and chatty, especially Jo. We called in for lunch on a Friday. The decor is amazing. We both had the home made fish and chips which was freshly cooked and very tasty. Washed down with... More

The beautiful lounge and dining area makes a meal here feel a treat even before you eat the high quality food. Fantastic Conwy mussels, great wine list, delicious puddings, we look forward to visiting again when we are next in town.

Nothing to dislike about this place. The initial welcome was warm and sincere. Staff were superbly organised, efficient and courteous. Food delightful. Manageress' personal interest very obvious. Lovely place!

From the comfy settee by the roaring fire, to the Lamb shank which fell off the bone, and finishing with the awesome White Chocolate and Bailey's Parfait for dessert, this place ticks every box. Well worth a visit!!

The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are friendly. Nice place for a catch up with friends but the meals aren't great, with chips that taste as if they've been re-heated.

Why offer high tea without the choice of loose leaf tea? at that price £13! Had nearly finished the tea before the sandwiches, cake & scone arrived. Perhaps they should consider buying another couple of teapots if a group of 8 visit. Dirty side plates. Side dish of chips arrived half way thru the main and the requested tap water... More

big problem with osbornes is their policy of not being able to offer you a table at 7.30, 7.45, 8.0 clock, 8.15, or 8.45. only 7.0 which is too early or 9 which is too late.and this is trying to book 6 weeks in advance.the food and surroundings are good but we have had to cross it off our list.we...
