Description: Osborne’s Café and Grill in Llandudno -- could there be a more romantic restaurant anywhere? Set in the Grade II listed Osborne House Hotel right on the promenade, Osborne’s is a modern tribute to high Victorian style. Softly candlelit and decorated with opulent drapery, period fireplace, gleaming chandeliers, gilt mirrors, antiques, paintings and fluted columns, the dining room still manages to be relaxed and informal. Perfect for light bites or full meals, the menu uses local produce to create inventive, seasonally-changing modern European dishes. Everyone loves the Conwy Valley lamb shank with ratatouille and basil when it’s on the menu and the Osborne’s rendering of fish and chips.

Really enjoyed our meal in the restaurant - £14.95 for 3 courses - what a lovely meal. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Lovely decor. Would definitely recommend the sunday lunch.

We ate lunch here on a Friday recently. Surprisingly for wales It was warm enough to eat al fresco. So I went in to order some wine while we studied the menu. The half price wine offer was in place but we were asked to order a main course before we could have the wine. So back outside again to... More

We wanted something substantial late Friday afternoon and took a chance on Osborne's being open. We were welcomed and seated in a lovely room, with the place to ourselves. On the waiter's recommendation we ordered the plaice and sea bass and they were both delicious, as were the desserts. A bonus was the half price wine until 6 p.m. The... More

The hotel is stunning. The décor inside is breathtaking and the toilets are wonderful. Quite cary to. Inside but once in we had a lovely welcome. The waiter at lunch time was second to none. They only serve Sunday lunches,on a Sunday(sorry!) nothing lighter. It is a three course meal with plenty of choice for £15. We had a fabulous... More

We thought it was going to be a ling wait but after 15mins we were sited (pure luck maybe but I was impressed). The service was very good and the food even more. Had a fantastic portuguese wine too!... More

We ate here for two nights and the food was really nice. Great service although it did take a little while to pay the bill once we'd finished. The portions are big and the quality was great too. Only one critique and that's the garlic mushrooms served on brioche. Lovely idea but the brioche ended up soggy and unpleasant after... More

What a fabulous find in Llandudno this is! My wife had been tipped off about the place (and its fascinating history) by a work colleague, and whilst in North Wales with friends we took a stroll to check it out. A little unsure on entering the hallway, but then opened the old heavy wooden door onto a beautiful scene that... More

This was a return visit after previously having an excellent meal from the special menu! We called in for latte as we always do when in town and asked for the home made shortbread which was refused as it was Sunday lunch.. Gutted .. If we had checked then that they had withdrawn the special menu we would of cancelled... More

We stayed in Llandudno for my husbands birthday in June this year with our family and booked a table at Osborne's Café and Grill. The restaurant is amazing and the décor stunning. The service was extremely good and our waiter was very helpful without being intrusive. There was a great choice of food for everyone on the menu. It was... More

we walked along the front looking for a spot for a meal but all places were full. we called into the Osborne Hotel and they too were full but the staff offered us a spot at the marble slab. we sat down (my legs dangling from the high chairs) and had the best 3 course meal, the starters were divine,...
