Description: Osborne’s Café and Grill in Llandudno -- could there be a more romantic restaurant anywhere? Set in the Grade II listed Osborne House Hotel right on the promenade, Osborne’s is a modern tribute to high Victorian style. Softly candlelit and decorated with opulent drapery, period fireplace, gleaming chandeliers, gilt mirrors, antiques, paintings and fluted columns, the dining room still manages to be relaxed and informal. Perfect for light bites or full meals, the menu uses local produce to create inventive, seasonally-changing modern European dishes. Everyone loves the Conwy Valley lamb shank with ratatouille and basil when it’s on the menu and the Osborne’s rendering of fish and chips.

The special menu is great value and the food of superb quality. Whenever my wife and I are in Llandudno we make sure we dine here.

A restaurant with a truly unique atmosphere, and preserved dining hall. A neat extra is the old kitchen, that you can admire on your way to the restrooms. Very good food, and charming staff.

Myself, my Mother and my Great Aunt found this amazing bistro when looking for a place to lunch in Llandudno. A varied menu, beautiful dining room, excellent and attentive waiters. I can honestly say this was one of the most enjoyable meals I've had for many years. 2 of us had starters and a main course and the other had... More

On Monday's a few of the LLandudno restaurants are closed. I sorted thru the various ratings and cuisines on TravelAdvisor and determined that Osborne's was open and made a reservation. Very British looking decor. On the trip to our table, the food on everyone's plates looked like something I would enjoy. The couple at the next table recommended the Monkfish... More

Following a recommendation we visited the restaurant on Bank holiday Monday with friends who were staying with us. We were seated at a table around a corner out of the way. People who were seated after us had their orders taken and were served before us. After waiting some time we had to ask to have our order to be... More

If you are looking for a quality dining experience then you really need to look no further. The only problem is that it is harder and harder to get a table. I'd take that as a good sign! Lovely food, great ambience and good service - it's not rocket science, but why do so few places get it right?
