Osborne’s Café and Grill in Llandudno -- could there be a more romantic restaurant anywhere? Set in the Grade II listed Osborne House Hotel right on the promenade, Osborne’s is a modern tribute to high Victorian style. Softly candlelit and decorated with opulent drapery, period fireplace, gleaming chandeliers, gilt mirrors, antiques, paintings and fluted columns, the dining room still manages to be relaxed and informal. Perfect for light bites or full meals, the menu uses local produce to create inventive, seasonally-changing modern European dishes. Everyone loves the Conwy Valley lamb shank with ratatouille and basil when it’s on the menu and the Osborne’s rendering of fish and chips.

Posh Fish and Chips

Visited here many times and it is as consistent as ever. It is a beautiful place and the waitress (sorry didn't get her name) was faultless. A lovely place to eat, very reasonable 3 course Sunday lunch for £15.50. Food excellent quality and quantity. The Atmosphere is calm, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. Stylish surroundings.

I visited Llandudno with friends for the day and ate lunch at Osborne House. The hotel overlooks the promenade and is a beautiful Victorian building. On a cold January day there was a welcoming fire to enjoy a drink before the meal. The food was a good quality with local Welsh ingredients and also at a reasonable price. The service... More

This is our fourth or fifth visit including three New Years Eve dinners and the food, service and ambience remain the same. As usual at Osbornes less is more in that although on first sight the menu often appears limited all tastes are catered for and the kitchen is content to present each dish to a very high standard rather... We always eat in here when visiting Llandudno and are never disappointed. We had a relaxed lunch in front of the fire opting for a range of starters instead of a big meal. Mussels were fantastic as was the calamari. They welcomed our young boys too. Superb food and customer service.

This is THE place to go in Llandudno for ine dining. Don't ever expect to walk in without booking as you will be disappointed. If you want a treat or a romantic meal this is the place to go. Not cheap but well worth every penny.

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the bay. We had our anniversary dinner at the 'best seat' in the restaurant, just by the big window towards the Llandudno bay. The place is beautifully decorated! The girl who served us was very friendly. The lamb shank I ordered was massive and the meat was so soft that it melted in... More

This was our fourth visit to this lovely Hotel. Did not stay as I was with my mum so she could not climb the stairs as there is no lift; but had a fabulous dinner. The restaurant is lovely wonderful service and excellent food. This is a better than most brasserie. Not quite fine dining but still excellent. The dining... More
