If you like fish AND seafood, this "plaice" is the dogs doodahs. Having visited 2 distinctly average restaurants in Llandudno, I'm glad we saved the best until last. Not having been before & booked by 'phone, my wife & I were shown into the downstairs Bistro. Not recommended ! We asked to be moved upstairs, to the "proper" dining area... More

We were child free - almost miraculous so decided at the last minute to go for a meal, rang and got a table at Seahorse as fish is my thing. I had scallops for starter wish there had been more but there never are, best beloved had jerk chicken and crab risotto yum. I then had lobster - loved it.... More

Thought we'd nip in for a bit of dinner while in Llandudno. The guys love seafood, so it was decided that we'd go to the supposed best place in town. Overall the place is a huge rip off and you could find fresher food while shopping in your local Iceland. We paid over £25 each just for the food!! You'll... More

I'm not normally one for writing TripAdvisor reviews, but after having seen this restaurant's score, and eaten there as a direct result, I felt compelled to write one. Starters We ordered scallops for starters because I'd like to think that you can normally judge what the meal is going to be like by how well they're cooked, and how fresh... More

We ate here twice this weekend and enjoyed every mouthful. The menu is varied and those who hate fish are well catered for with a good selection of meat and poultry dishes. For us the large choice of seafood and fish is manna from heaven. We enjoyed scallops, smoked salmon, hake, crab, seafood spaghetti, and lobster. Every dish was beautifully... More

It's a very good place for dinner, everything's nearly perfect. The bread they serve are my favourite. Crispy duck, the fish cake salad, the vegetable, even their house wine are great. It's totally far beyond my expectation on British taste. Yet, something I am not please is that their special( seafood) is on the little blackboard on the wall. And... More

After a recommendation we decided to try the seahorse, and were very let down by the lack of communication between our waitress and the kitchen. We'd asked that if any of my mother's starter or main came with cream, could they possibly do them without as my mother has pancriatitis and a fat intolerance. We were assured that this was... More

The Seahorse is just off the promenade and is an unpretentious but well run fish restaurant. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the food is superb. A must for all seafood lovers.
