Good quality food, a little pricy but well worth the money.. A bit overbooked on the evening we were there.

Have visited twice before on my birthday and had fantastic time. Unfortunately disappointed this visit. Our arrival was awkward as there seemed to be some difficulty finding us on the reservation list despite booking well in advance. Service was a bit slow. The wine was not well chilled, and we had to struggle to open it ourselves. My husband had... More

I was a little apprehensive at first, a sea food restaurant, but it was frantastic. Value for money, quality, service and the staff are all top notch. I started with the local mussel's, very good, followed by a steak and then rounded it off with ice cream; which is my favourite part of any meal. There was plenty of mussels,... More

We have eaten here a number of times and each time the food has been sublime and the service outstanding. Really fresh food, served beautifully and nothing is too much trouble for the service staff. I recently wanted to know the name of the (unbelievably good) brandy which we had enjoyed after our meal and when I telephoned the restaurant... More

was looking forward to our first visit to this restaurant but it did not live up to expectations. my seafood meal was rather tasteless and bland, i was expecting a lot more.and just to make things worse the waiter dropped bread in my wine glass , apologised and took it away and returned with a new EMPTY glass. not a... Saw the reviews and decided to treat ourselves, as the prices were a little more than most of the local competition. Small but well set out, we were on the upper floor but it may feel a bit "tight" if the place was full. Good varied menu when we went and the starters were excellent. Unfortunately although the mains were... More

The meal was very nice but we did find that the starters were all very 'heavy'. Interesting range of seafood dishes. The mixed messages relates to the decor - downstairs is more like a french bistro with bare wooden tables, upstairs seems to be a greek village but with white linen tablecloths. Perhaps a revamp would help give a more... More

Visited Friday evening for a birthday meal. Service very attentive with chef / owner on hand to explain make up of the dishes and no problem when we wanted some "off menu" choices for our 8 year old. Having visited this restaurant a few times my personal onion is that the best menu choices are the seafood ones. This time... More

Not been there for a few year so last night was a special treat. Couldn't believe the chips were frozen. I don't even eat frozen chips at home so to go to a restaurant and pay for them is unbelievable. A little disappointed the seafood linguine with the lobster wasn't on the menu but I guess it's what they get... More
