Best fish and chips by fat

We had rented a holiday house a few mins from this place and I had seen it whilst driving past. There was another fish and chip shop closer to us and we were getting the children their meals first so decided to go to the closer one. I walked out of that place without ordering as it looked dreadful... read more

What a find. Absolutely the best fish and chips ever. We visited yesterday and ate in the beach cafe. The surroundings ,staff and food were first class. The batter was as light as a feather and the fish and chips fresh and so tasty. We will definatelt return!

Visited whilst holidaying at Penrhyn Bay. The cod & chips and Hake & chips were excellent. All freshly cooked in a crisp dry batter and chips were perfect and not at all soggy. Polite and friendly staff too.

Just stopped off for 2 large chips and jumbo sausage for the dog. Nice polite girl serving, the place was immaculate. She cooked the chips from fresh. Used toilet facilities which were very clean. The chips were amazing and a decent portion size. Definitely would recommend and visit again if in the area. Not sure what the dog thought of... More

Fryday's started off so well when it first opened but the standard of food has steadily declined. We have visited a few times both to eat in the restaurant and to take away. We were very impressed at first but the last few times we have been we have been disappointed. The chips have been soggy and greasy and the... More

we love this cafe and take away, they do the best fish and chips in our area, and are always good, the cafe is decorated with a seaside beach theme , they do pensioner portions which are great, all reasonably priced too. And the staff arak ways so pleasant and can't do enough for you. Highly recommended

Two cod and chips - hot, delicious and freshly cooked. My husband said it was the best fish and chips he's ever had. Reasonable price too which is a bonus.

We were staying in Llandudno on a mini break. We wanted a warm filling takeaway, so plumped for fish and chips - and I am so glad we got them from Frydays. Fish was cooked in front of us. The portion was generous. Served with a slice of lemon and tartar sauce. Mushy peas were also lovely. I am a... More
