Good chippy and restaurant

Good food and very helpful and polite staff it gets very busy early evening so go earlier. The fish is great and the portions are plentiful and it is all cooked freshly.

Right in the middle of Penrhyn Bay. Convenient parking outside. Staff were friendly. Food was cooked fresh and chips were delicious. Portions are the size of a WHALE. Prices are really good. When you compare this PLAICE to what you would get at McDonalds for more money, this is great value. My new favourite in the area.

We called here for the first and last time for a take-out just before Xmas. Pre-cooked chips that tasted burnt, grey fish served in a disgusting greasy batter and curry sauce that congealed into a thick mass. Truly awful.

Always excellent quality food. I go at least once a week it's the best fish n chips in the area. Everything cooked fresh to order with a smile. I'm not too keen on the gravy though it's too thick for my liking. But I'm sure it's perfect for others who like it that way.

This really is the best fish and chip shop for miles, and have eaten in the cafe inside too and had the special which is excellent value

We had an excellent meal at the restaurant the other night. To start off with I had Conwy mussels, which were FANTASTIC they were the best I've ever tasted, followed by Sea bream which was delicious. There was plenty of choice on the menu which I had difficulty in deciding what to have. Excellent service, friendly waitress and staff, nice... More

Best chippy in the area. Great home made pies. Service a bit slow but this is because everything is cooked to order. You can ring to order in advance to save queueing. There is a seating area which is beautifully decorated with a seaside theme. Highly recommended.

Ordered some food to take away and asked for a handful of the chips to be put in a separate tray for a 1 year old, before the rest had salt and vinegar put on them. Lady at the counter said "we don't split portions" and refused to do it! She gave me the option of buying an extra portion... More

After queing for about half an hour for quite expensive fish and chips we were really looking forward to them but were quite dissapointed by the greasy chips & soggy batter so wont be going there again.
