Can't say enough good about this - freshly cooked fish and chips, served with a slice of lemon and a pot of tartare sauce. I always have takeaway, but they have a small restaurant area and outdoor seating. Great!

Have been coming to Frydays for about eighteen months and can't understand some of the reviews . Everything we have tried is absolutely first class . The quality of the fish and chips is outstanding , light crispy batter and a very generous portion of freshly-cooked chips . Our younger daughter is wheat intolerant so has the baked fish which... Some of the nicest fish and chips we have ever had. Fresh fish in light batter and wonderful chips, all eaten in the beach hut dining room at the back of the restaurant. Friendly staff and a fun evening with great food. If you like fish and chips, I'm not sure you can find anything better.

Come here occasionally for fish and chips for the kids. Normally order battered cod and chips (regular) which feeds both of my kids as portions are generous. It's a real treat as the fish and chips are always fresh.

FryDays Fish & Chips is on the main road from Colwyn Bay to Llandudno and has plenty of space to park your car. Called in on Thursday Lunch time around 1pm. There was a seating area attached to the main serving counter of the Fish & Chip shop. The decor was fresh and had a ‘fun’ feel to it. The... More

We holiday in the Penrhyn Bay area about 5 times a year and always call into Frydays at least once each time we are there. We always order the battered plaice and chips and in the past it has always been excellent. However, the plaice is now breadcrumbed and looks and tastes as if it has come out of a factory breadcrumbed freezer... Fish day Friday is a favorite of mine, I used to travel to Frydays every week, since the new owners have taken over there has been a noticeable difference in the quality of the products, I had a chicken and mushroom pie which should have just been called chicken due to the lack of mushrooms! This is a real shame... More

I have been a customer of Frydays since it opened and the take away chips have always been top drawer. Whatever the new owners are doing differently they have messed up big time, the quality of last two portions we had from there were very poor. Pity.

This is a restaurant at the back of a Fish and Chip Shop It is done in fine style as a Beach Hut with a Retro feel - I don't see how it could be done any better to be frank I had Cod, Chips and Mushy Peas with a soft drink for less than £10 The portions were large... More
