This is a truly outstanding place..... Kenan, the Turkish owner, is very friendly and attentive and gives all his customers a very warm welcome. Kava is busy, summer and winter alike, and no wonder.... excellent coffee and meals - the Mediterranean Breakfast is particularly recommended - the place is always welcoming, clean, cosy and full of atmosphere....more than one informal... Kava cafe opened in the evening as a special, for a surprise birthday party. The host was most attentive. I would certainly dine here again.

We went here for a snack and were pleased to find the all day breakfast, it was a good plateful, the only thing to let it down was the cheap sausage used. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we sat outside and when it became colder, the waiter moved us indoors with a smile! There... More

We were. A family of five and only had mid morning coffee but it was certainly service with a smile. The owner was very concerned to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. We looked at the menu out of interest for lunch and it had a very wide choice including British and Turkish hot and cold meals. Saw a... More

This café has an excellent staff culture, customers are welcomed as the arrive and politely offered a menu. It matters not whether you want simply a drink or to partake of a meal. The tables are clean and are kept clean after each customer vacates a table. Unlike some places which tend to leave table-clearing longer than they should before... More

We discovered Kava a couple of years ago, when we arrived in Llandudno late in the afternoon, gagging for a cup of tea. We walked in and sat down without realising that they were about to close. However, our order was taken and we got our tea. What stuck in the memory was that nothing seemed to put the owner... More

We've been a number of times and without fail good quality food and great service. Whether traditional English breakfast or the Turkish mezze, all options on the menu worth a try. Shame they don't run an evening service. Will keep coming back, reliably consistent!!!

Disgusting actually isn't a string enough word. Service was poor and un friendly. Food was poor. They had managed to make a burger both rubbery, burnt and greasy in the middle. Don't bother going.
