I come here very often and only rarely do we get service with a smile. The food is good, I'm so glad it is because if it wasn't I'm not sure what kind of reception you would get from the waiters. We were there mid day on Saturday and because they were expecting a table of twelve were told it... More

My son spotted this food hall on the 1st day we arrived. As they do not serve for dinner, we waited till day 3 before we patronised the cafe. Ordered the soup of day and the fried calamari. Soup was carrot with mint and it was hearty, tasty with the right consistency. The 4 rings of calamari were light n... More

I go to the food hall weekly for my lunch, and often get a panini or a wrap, which are always nice and filled to the brim. But unfortunately on the past 3 occasion when I have got Carrot cake for a treat it has been stale and not enjoyable. I have before told the staff about this but don't... More

Due to a mix up with the order I ended up with a whole pizza instead of a slice (be sure to order pizzini if you want a light lunch). It was a pizza that was full of flavour and the best I've had some time and I can recommend the chips too. I would have preferred a proper plate... More

Called in on a quiet Thursday lunchtime with my wife for a brew and a baguette and a panini. The tea and coffee were served immediately and the food very soon after. My wife's chicken and sweetcorn baguette was substantial and very tasty ,infact she decided to keep half of it for later. It was served on a rather manky piece... More

We usually have a takaway Sunday roast most weeks...Its almost as good as I cook myself and we can hardly eat it there's that much of it! The price seems a little high at £6.95 each but when you take into consideration when you do your own roast with meat and veg and electricity it works out at about £10... More

We ate at the Hambone at lunch, had to wait 10 minutes for a table but well worth it! I had the fish finger butty , my better half had the burger. Both arrived promptly despite the place being so busy. Both were delicious and great value for money. The Hambone's chips are legendary and the perfect accompaniment. Really couldn't... More

We are regulars at this eaterie. Often pop in for a lunchtime sandwich or light meal. Pretty busy but we have never had to wait more than 5 mins for a table. All food freshly made. Adjoining deli/sandwich bar for take out. Huge choice of paninis, sandwiches and hot meals. Friendly service and good prices. No complaints.
