HAMTASTIC

This is a lovely little brasserie, with exceptional food, they do a hot chocolate that is to die for, a large piece of dark chocolate on a stick in a large mug of hot milk, after stirring, the chocolate melts into the milk and becomes a fantastic hot chocolate. The tea and coffee is wonderful and... read more

we called in the hambone while walking around the shops, somebody had told me previously that is was ok, my experience definitely not okay, I don't mind waiting in long queues to be served providing the food is going to be good after the wait.....we ordered freshly made sandwiches and the meat was like shoe leather and grissle.

Bought food there many times, plenty of choice and loyal customer base as you can tell by the queue at lunch times.

Very good food I had the Steak and ale pie, big chunks of prime steak in the pie, delicious. Staff very helpful. This is only a small thing but I would have liked the option of garden peas as well as the mushy variety (like both) but fancied ordinary peas on this occasion, otherwise very good.

The Ainsworth family are known for quality . John Ainsworth was a family butcher for many years and now his done is carrying on the tradition by providing a quality deli, cafe. There are at least a further 3,other delis dotted about Llandudno and Craig y Don, each as good as the other. The first thing noticeable is the sparkling... More

When visting llandudno , the ham bone is our favourite place to stop off for a quick lunch. With a very varied menu there's something for everyone. Always busy but queues quickly served. Being veggie there's always a great choice , this visit i opted for the ultimate chip bap , which is a large fresh white bap filled with... More

This place is very convenient and we keep coming here because of that and nowadays there is always plenty of room here. There used to be queues every lunch time especially at the weekend. Once again on plate of food came before the two others we wete expecting. This is really not acceptable. We had to ask for our other... More

Called in for lunch, good service and nice menu. Had the beef melt with chips which was delicious. Nice service. Tables a little close but ok. Would consider returning.
