This pokey little Italian (the restaurant not the boss) is OK, but not a place I would dine in again. It is hot & sweaty in Summer & quite dingy as the lighting is poorly spaced. Whilst the staff are all perfectly pleasant & attentive, sadly they all looked as if they needed a good wash (that includes the females)... More

We came here last year and were looking forward to eating here again. Red wine was warm. Starter was tasty but pasta dish arrived lukewarm and quite bland. I had the chicken dish with vegetables which were plain and tasted like they were microwaved. The staff seemed to be rushing about-it was busy but it can still be busy AND... More

This is a cosy restaurant near the sea front. It was fairly quiet for a Sunday night. I chose pork medallions followed by pancakes with banana and chocolate sauce; my girlfriend had vegetable lasagne. All the food was nice and piping hot. Service was good and friendly.

After staying in a local hotel where the food was awful it was lovely to come across this gem of a restaurant. My husband and I tuned up on the off chance we might get a table as it was packed..which is always a good sign. After a friendly and genuine welcome..we had a short wait of about 5 minutes... More

This is an Italian restaurant at the end of Church Walks near the sea front. Food was excellent, service was prompt and efficient. Nothing to dislike. Recommended.

It was my mams birthday so I suggested we try somewhere different. My parents, sister and cousin and her husband went to La Taverna, a good job I had booked before hand because people were getting turned away when we walked in. The restaurant itself was very busy but the seating arrangements were such that you did not feel cramped.... More

I was in Llandudno for just one night and stumbled across La Taverna whilst looking for a different Italian but I'm glad I did! The service was friendly and very fast and the menu was extensive plus a long drinks list (although Im not sure I'd fancy Sambuca as an after dinner drink?!). I ordered a Romana pizza which was...
