La Taverna Italian restaurant 83A Church Walks (01492 878800) - very good - relaxed - charming - good food - nice friendly people. This restaurant was recommended to us by the staff at the Imperial Hotel in the resort. On this busy bank holiday Saturday we called ahead in the afternoon for a table, they where very accomodating. We took... More

A cosy little restaurant but you should definitely book as ours was the last table available when we arrived ( but we had booked do where ok!) Lots of choice on the menu and all very reasonably priced. Bit if a mix up with one if the medals but... More

We were greeted by a man who at first sight looked like a tramp off of the street. The restaurant is crammed, dark and looks a bit damp. Don't bother!

We ate here for the first time in August but will definitely be returning. The menu is good with lots of choices, and nothing is overly expensive. The food when it arrived (which was very promptly) was absolutely delicious :) Staff were friendly and helpful. Booking is recommended, especially at the weekends as I believe the restaurant can get very... More

We arrived in Llandudno on Friday night and were told that the restaurant was good so went down to reserve a table for Saturday night, only two tables left so we were glad we had booked. When we arrived we were immediately shown to our table and within moments our drink order was taken so we had a drink whilst... More

Good points first: food wonderful tasting and piping hot! We chose garlic pizza bread to start & peppered sirloin and calelloni for mains, for that plus 2 glasses of wine, 1 bottle of peroni & a lemonade bill came to £43 which I thought was fab. Now the bad: we booked yet we stood at the door on arrival waiting... More

This place is always popular and it is necessary to book - not just in high summer - we had failed to get in on spec previously. We just had bruschetta and pizza - it was very good and the bottle of barbera was super and very good value. Our meal was better than the ones we've had at Valentino's... More

Went on a busy Friday night after having booked. Place felt like it could have done with a good clean - front of house manager looked like he had just got out of bed. Good choice on menu - reasonably tasty food - fast service. Drinks well priced.
