We didn't book and there was a queue outside. However as we agreed to sit outside we were seated almost immediately. The waitress was efficient and polite. Service was quick. We ordered two of the daily fish specials and both were excellent. Prices very reasonable.

Simply very good English food at sensible prices. The restaurant is clean and well decorated and the staff very friendly. The menu has a wide choice and is typical fare, nicely presented. Highly recommended.

We ate here twice this week. The first time we couldn't get a table inside but were able to eat outside. The food was so good we booked for a couple of days later. Very impressed with the food and the staff who are very efficient and friendly. Will definitely revisit but will book in advance.

A very popular venue. Hot, freshly cooked food served in elegant and quiet surroundings. Nothing adventurous on the standard menu and their specials tend to run out in the evenings. However, the food is tasty, well presented and generous in size. Their cream of water cress soup is delicious. Their desserts scrumptious. Be warned, their are long queues outside from... More

After seeing the people queuing outside we figured this must be a good place to eat. First impressions were that this was a nice restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional. I had omlette and chips. I left nearly all of my chips as they were bad and had eyes still in. Omlette ok. My husband had gammon and chips.... More

Home Cookin' is actually quite a bit better than I get at home. We ate there twice during our stay in Llandudno. The first time we were looking for a Sunday roast and our host James (at the Wellington Hotel) recommended the restaurant. We had a tasty beef dinner with all the trimmings, and liked it so much that we... More

Very nice restaurant. The roast dinner is excellent. The only downside is waiting for a table. You can wait on the chairs outside but you cannot be served a drink until you are inside!

We visited here on Tuesday this week. Having read some of the reviews I would strongly suggest you book in advance, however as a party of two we thought that a table could be found. The waiting staff did not make eye contact for quite sometime whilst we were stood waiting to even ask if we could wait, it was... More

I had specifically waited to have fish and chips here as we had been told they were very good but the fryer had been broken for over a week! My roast beef was good but my husband's pie was at best average.

Enjoyed an early evening meal here a couple of weeks ago. Good menu and reasonably priced.Great location right in the centre of the town.My baked cod was absolutely delicious and my husband raved about his homemade pie, which unlike many similar offerings, was freshly made. Will definitely be making a return visit next time we are in Llandudno. Something for every taste... More
