Perfect experience.

Greeted by lovely smell of incense, Budda & Ganesh statues. Modern, contemporary, bright, interior. Bobby polite and keen to please which he & Sunita did, we sat in the window seat. Never eating more than one course usually we went for the full three as it just all sounded so go and just got... read more

I find this place to be a bit of a puzzle. On the one hand, the venue is sleek, modern and comfortable. The service is great and the food, unusual, but excellent. On the other....the glass top to our table was cracked and I dont just mean cracked-it was uncomfortably sharp. When it came to pay, a credit card was... More

We finally got to visit here last night after previous trips being fully booked, so book well in advance. We found it to be a strange experience, after reading all the other reviews we really expected to be wowed. It was more of a damp squib. Don't get me wrong the food was very good but there was just no... More

We kind of 'fell' upon Jaya by accident tried to get a table on spec on Friday night but when we couldn't decided to book for Saturday and we were no disappointed. This is not your B'ham balti! It's classy and chic ( main business is Boutique B&B which looks awesome!)We were courteously greeted and orders taken quickly with food appearing... More

Having read all the reviews about this place we descided to give it a go. Quite honestly we dont understand whats all the fuss about with this suppossed restaurant. Its a converted living room that has some strategically placed tables and their lounge as a bar.absolutely no privacy at all as in a proper restaurant. The food was anything but... More

We visited this restaurant for the first time and found the atmosphere, food, staff and cleanliness to be very good indeed. A varied menu with dishes catering for all tastes is on offer here. We shall be back !

As the title says, eating at Jaya is a classy and stylish eating experience. It's not a place that suits a lads night out, it is more sophisticated and lends itself perfectly to a romantic evening, a small group or a business meal. The food was excellent, well presented and served by friendly, helpful staff. The decor is contemporary, no... More

Well designed surroundings, good service, great food well cooked, with depth of flavours well presented as good as many of the best Curry Houses we've been to but costs no more than many, so very good value for money, well worth a visit if you're looking for more than just the mainstream Indian restaurant
