I attended a Christmas party with my work and I have to say it was terrible. The food tasted terrible, all the vegetables were frozen, the staff were rude and shouted at you and it was awful. I wouldn't recommend it and would never go back. Rip off and a waste of time.

We love this place - the staff are excellent, the menu is short but never disappoints, it's simply a lovely place to spend the evening

Came here for dinner with my partner on a saturday night back in October. Dinner was booked for 8pm. We arrived 40 minutes early to have pre dinner drinks. Ordered our drinks and given our menus so we could take our time choosing what we wanted. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. A little later a waitress came over to ask us if... More

There was a time when the St George's Hotel on the seafront in Llandudno was rather rundown and dowdy. But that's all changed. In its extremely pleasant, well appointed and decorated restaurant with superb views out to sea, you will not be disappointed. The food is really very good; high quality and very well presented too. The service is excellent,... More

We have eaten at the Terrace previously, we do like the ambience, very relaxed, good views out onto the beach front. The service is excellent, all very attentive. The food is good without ever being exceptional. Possibly a little over priced, but an enjoyable time at St. Georges

We travelled especially to visit this 5 star hotel for a cream tea having read a favorable review in a newspaper. Guessing that it might be busy on a Bank Holiday Sunday we turned up at midday to book a window table, only to be told that was not possible on a bank holiday, "first come first served" was what... Sorry to read you were disappointed in your visit to St George's our Afternoon Tea is special and even more so enjoyed with the wonderful view. So I can understand your disappointment on your arrival and through the service I am genuinely sorry as this is not the service which has made St George's so successful, it was a particularly... Popped in for my evening meal, (Once I figured out how to get through the disabled access doors!) Though the building is quite imposing, the terrace is very relaxed, you just pop in and take a seat. I ordered the chef's pie, which was chicken. I was disappointed to find that it was not a pie, but rather a dish... More

Had a nice light Sunday lunch here with a great window seat. Took my elderly mum here for lunch at the end of our break in Llandudno. Nice risotto and a salmon salad, followed by excellent chocolate ice cream. Relaxing and pleasant , service a little slow but we weren't in a hurry. Nice views over the promenade . The... More

Very nice terrace for afternoon tea or drinks. My wife and I enjoyed a coffee and later a couple of glasses of wine. Comfortable, clean and good service by very pleasant staff. The toilets were spotless always a good indication. Not the least expensive but in my estimation well worth the prices charged. I was impressed enough to seriously consider a... More

Despite other praisworthy reviews on this site, we must have been unlucky on this occasion! I was in a party of four visiting this prestigious hotel on 7th August. I tried to order afternoon tea and scones but the waiters were just standing around talking between themselves. I pointed out that the table we were sitting at needed wiping. The... More
