A very special treat

We popped in to the hotel one evening and couldn't resist having a glass of wine each and a cheesecake to share on the Terrace. We felt very pampered and all seats have a wonderful sea view of Llandudno. The bill was a bit of a shock (£16) so dining there might be a better option, but we really... read more

A very comfortable terrace overlooking the seaffront. Staff are very good as is the selection of cakes and pastries. Highly recommended.

Me and my friend went for afternoon tea here as it seems a lovely hotel. We were bitterly disappointed at the complete lack of respect and service by the hotel's staff. As two 20 year old women, we did not expect to be ignored by the staff as we were willing to pay their expensive prices. We expected to be... More

I was a guest in your nice, bright balcony room to have afternoon tea with a view. The service was friendly, but varied. The afternoon tea was served in dribs and drabs, the food tower arrived, the crockery was served, then the jam and yet another gap before the clotted cream was delivered last. The tea (no choice offered) arrived... More

Me and my two friends decided yesterday that we would call in here for a spot of lunch, afternoon tea was what we intended to go for. First we we stuck in a corner next to the bar and fair enough we didn't book so i didn't expect a sea view but i did expect a reasonable sized table. After... More

Came for Sunday lunch as we were bringing elderly mum for a special day out, we had travelled a fair way. The food was lovely, but the young staff were just indifferent. We were rushed through each course even though it wasn't busy, and the final straw came when an older lady plonked the bill on our table even though... More

My husband and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at The Terrace and were thrilled with everything. Having requested a view over the sea, we were shown to a lovely table and offered two glasses of champagne. The service was excellent and we enjoyed freshly cooked food which was perfectly served. The wine waiter advised us on a bottle of wine... More
