Just love this place every time we visit our relatives we pop in. A great welcome with fab staff. The coffee, food and homemade cakes just a little bit different. They know how to make a good coffee and kids always talk about the selection of cakes.

By far the best coffee in Eastbourne. The only downside is that... It is too popular, and getting a seat is a challenge.

I had been before but never had the time to make a review. Now it's the time. I had a delicious espresso, as a good Italian, all good indeed. My daughter had a Victoria sponge Cake and I had a croissant with jam. The Coffee shop is cosy, tidy, and has a great atmosphere. A lovely welcomed by a friendly... More

Indeed, it was a rainy Saturday and we were looking for a coffee and having heard about this place from a friend we gave it a try. A lovely welcome greeted us, my wife had the leek and potato soup with some gluten free bread and I had a latte, wow, this really must rank as the best coffee in... More

A "must try coffee shop" in the heart of the Eastbourne town centre. Urban Ground's staff are always enthusiastic with a friendly welcome and prompt service. Truly delicious cakes and food which is always freshly made. If you haven't tried Urban yet you are missing the BEST COFFEE SHOP IN EASTBOURNE.

Andy's cafe Urban Ground serves the best coffee, not just in Eastbourne but anywhere in these shores, by a country mile. We come here every weekend and every day when we're in EB. If you haven't been you need to try it - seriously. The ONLY downside is the absolutely terrible music! It's probably not the best idea to feature... More

I recently visited Urban Ground in Bolton Road. This was my 2nd visit and I did not think that Urban Ground could be any better than the first time i visited. I was completely wrong. The staff immediately greeted me as I walked in the door. I ordered a flat white and a pastrami, dill pickles, mustard and mayonnaise flat... More

Visited the cafe - a second outlet of Urban Ground - at the Towner Art Gallery on a busy Sunday at around lunchtime with my two children. Granted, this was a few months ago, but what prompted me to write a review was simply a comparison with this and another place in town. At the Towner, I paid 2 x... More
