Newsurf's Sands Cafe is on the same main road between Haverfordwest and St Davids as the surf shop with beautiful views of the pebble bank and sea from your table. We serve a range of food including sandwhiches, toasties, paninies, burgers, soups and salads as well as a number of homemade cakes and biscuits. Ideal for relaxing after a day enjoying the sun at Newgale or perhaps to pick up an energy boost after an activity at Newsurf. We serve a selection of specialty "Tea Pig" Teas and strive to use the best ingredients for our coffes and meals. We hope to see you soon!

Good food although overpriced

My husband and I eat here occasionally but try not to make a habit of it as it is quite expensive for what it is. The breakfasts are very nice!

Oh dear! Really unfriendly staff and awful food. The sausages and bacon looked like they had been cooked a week ago and reheated or something, table was dirty and really unpleasant man serving who really wasn't with it at all....

First trip of the year still dirty toilets with broken light pull , coffee still good waitress pleasant. Second trip n Sunday and we had to ask for a refund after waiting 30 mins and our coffee was no where near ready. You have a wonderful situation, good coffee, pleasant waitresses, why can't you just get your act together?

Lovely drink, an fresh made ice-cream milkshake made with real ice-cream, it was delicious. Me and my friends also shared Nachos and cheese, this was really tasty and I can't wait to go back.

We went to the Sands cafe at Newgale on Sunday 15th February. we have been there before and enjoyed our times there, but the last few occasions feel as though the place is going down hill. We placed our order nothing complicated and took a seat at a table. It was piled high with dirty pots so I cleared the... More

I live locally and have visited this place twice, First time for breakfast with 3 others . apart from grumpy disinterested (bordering on ignorant ) staff the place was filthy and when it arrived the food looked as though it had been thrown on the plates from a distance. The food - beans egg bacon etc was just dumped on... More

We stopped for an afternoon snack with our 2 cocker spaniels after a walk along the beach. The coffee was very hot, the blueberry muffin exceptional and the bara brith was the best I have had with so many cherries. Service was great and we were all made to feel very welcome. £10 for 2 large drinks and cakes I... More

The food is ok, the staff are friendly but service is snail's pace. And on this visit my bacon sarnie was ready just as a local came in and asked for one. He got mine and I had to wait all over again. Thought that was very unprofessional.

Terrible. Popped in here for some light lunch and wish I hadn't bothered. Young staff who were not really interested in serving us. I ordered a chicken, cheese and bacon panini and a latte for myself and a cheese and ham toasty for my wife with a diet coke. What I received after a 30 minute wait was a cheese... More
