We ventured out in search of a delicious indian meal, and we got one. The food here is unsurpassed. Top tip, get the special veg meal banana leaf meal and the butter chicken. The food came incredibly quickly, and it was divine. If you manage to sit outside, like we did, you also get to see a great show in... More

Very authentic Indian food. The restaurant is actually a residential property with typical so-so decorations. 5 of us shared 6 main dishes with garlic nans, so much to eat for less than RM 100. Only had one complaint, the waiter who served us had his thumb touching the food on the plates every time he brought us food.

This restaurant is across the street from several hotels in Tanjung Bungah area (Flamingo, Copthorne, Paradise etc). It serves Indian Muslim cuisine (also known as mamak) but also serves Western and Chinese (less popular than mamak). The food is cheap and nice. Although it can get pretty crowded, it is still OK to dine there. Customer service is very straightforward... More

Excellent Indian food including the prata tissue. The curry sotong, chicken masala, beef masala are excellent. Nice staff. Very local. Don't wear jacket there. ..

A foodie friend from Bangkok brought us here our first week on a short trip to Penang. We ended up using it as a staple of delicious places to gorge ourselves on various Indian delicacies. Tandoori Chicken was some of the best we've had. And I ate the hell out of the mutton vindaloo. The lemon ice drinks are yummy... More

This is a great place to eat. I went for lunch and the only let down was that only part of the menu is available at lunch and nobody told is that so the good we wanted we couldn't get. Not to worry as the food we got was yum! There are beepers on your table for the bill and... More

Took the whole family along for lunch, service was great and the food superb. Kids loved the chicken 65. Standouts were the cauliflower in red sauce and the spinach and cheese curry dish, very different and tasty.
