Could be so nice but spoiled by the dinner hall atmos and the expensive drinks and limited menu.staff are relatively friendly but on a conveyor belt. Will certainly not be visiting again.

We were on holiday in the area for a week and of course had to try out the various ice cream parlours. This without doubt waas our favourite. I had a Knickerbocker Glory and the kids had strawberry and chocolate sundaes, all were well presented and excellent. Coffee was also great. Can't comment on the other food, but it looked... More

Fantastic home made icecreams- 30 different flavours - so difficult to choose...... so several visits are essential. Good selection of pasta dishes and pizzas. Try lemon sorbet with amarone cherries- heaven!!

We have been here on many occasions, and if we have a visiter from out of town this is always one of the places we will take them due to the good food and service along with the fact you can park on site, a rarity in mumbles!

My wife and I have been trying out different ice cream parlous for about a year now (it's a tough job but we felt it needed doing) Verdi's is by far the best .Great range of flavors and good value .The restaurant is in a lovely position with good views over Swansea bay highly recomended.

Verdi's provides a relaxing and convenient resting place if you are walking along the seafront of the Mumbles. It's great for getting the ice cream parlour experience with a sea view. The set menu of sundaes has some good combinations, but to try the more exotic flavours, you can build your own sundae, priced per scoop and topping - at... More

We sat outside for the view and it was on the chilly side so wanted something to warm us up. Mistake. Should have had an ice-cream instead. The 'freshly made', 'authentic' foccacia with brie and cranberry sauce was stone cold, not an Italian herb in site, chewy and tasteless. Accompanied by a bit of limp lettuce. Don't waste your money... More

Good value cafe/restaurant overlooking Swansea bay/mumbles. Delicious pasta, coffee and tiramisu. Excellent service. My only criticism is that it can be quite loud. However, great informal night out. Outside seating area is great if you're walking the dog and has heaters too.
