We had the luch there 3 times and everyone was great. Very good tom yum soup, shrimp curry or our first lobster (you have to order it one or two days before) in our life. The waiter was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

We went to this restaurant for dinner and we were happy with our choice. The food was tasty, very good value for the price. We liked the cocktails too, I can definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for thai food in Mauritius.

The Wang Thai came very well recommended, so was very much on the list to visit during our recent holiday. We were not disappointed, the Wang Thai served a superb meal in a beautiful setting. The restaurant itself is beautifully set out on the first floor of the building and appears to have been set out in an authentic manner.... More

It's not easy to make Duck with Red Curry sauce tasteless but Wang Thai can. Also their Satay doesn't taste of peanuts and their Pina Coladas don't taste of coconut! Add in the constant scraping of wooden chairs against the hard floor and you have an experience well worth missing.

UNIQUELY YOU. Taste is in the buds of the beholder. Each dish is made to order and it seems that from your first to your sixth basic taste ,there was no stimuli. As for table and chair manners of diners, laconism is best. More

Went there on 3 consecutive years for my birthday. Food is outstanding. The atmosphere is zen. You could choose to sit outside on the balcony or inside. Parking available. You can also see the cooks in action. Value for money. The owner will come and chat with you at times to inquire whether we liked the food.

We did eat here on a number of occasions due to how good it was. I must say the Thai fish cakes they sell are the best I have tasted. Really friendly atmosphere and we'll worth a visit.

Excellent thai food! It's quite far from Grand Baie but it worth visit. I've been there twice for dinner and once for lunch. Every single time food was outstanding. I must say it was best thai food I had so far.

We have been here many times and recomend it. The menu has shrunk a little from our first visit but this is just a reflection of the lack of tourists at this time of year. (I think.) The open kitchen is a good attraction so you can see how your meal is prepared if you want to. Food is always... More
