Excellent food and service

Very unique, truly home made food. Things that sound simple turn out to be exquisite and special. Try the pies and the carrot cake. Coffee drinks are very solid too.

We had lunch her, it's really overpriced. A small 330ml of coca cola for the ridiculous price of 49kr and I thought 38kr was expensive. We had the "taco lefse" I was disappointed, for the high price I had expected more, it really didn't taste much. The thing that saved the experience was the cakes. I just regret ordering the... Dear Guest, We appreciate that you took the time to write us a review. We are so glad that you enjoyed our shakes and desserts but it is unfortunate to hear that our meals were not up to your standard. The taco lefse is one of our best sellers and crowd favorites, so it is upsetting to hear that you... More

I love this cafe so much! Best atmosphere, love the food and also the people that works there are so kind and they really care to serve people. Ps- There was a waitress or chef with brown hair that was super nice to me, I think she was Australian! Great service 👍

We found the place recomended in the lonely planet guide and in tripadvisor so we thought it could Be a good option for a lunch in Alesund. And it clearly was!!! We had a pulled pork sandwich (the best!!!!), a hamburguer (second position) and two fish soups (it could have been better but still ok). In total it was something... More

The only disadvantage I can come up with is that the kitches closes a bit to early for my taste. Besides that I rate it 4 stars plus! :)

They have an excellent menu of drinks, and delicious chocolate chip cookies. The price is fair for what you get (considering this is Norway), the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is polite and nice. Have not tried anything on their food menu yet, but I've heard it's wonderful.
