Informal Gourmet, Name that Tune Decor

Tasty, informal, slightly trendy Norwegian restaurant with very friendly service. A nice set menu with very good fish options (though the simple fish you'd at the nearby fish market is probably better). We enjoyed all of our courses very much. Nearly empty on a weekday, the restaurant served very nice food, with local fish dishes taking stage. Everything we tried was very tasty, and the service was friendly.

We walked in and found ourselves the only customers which made us a bit nervous about the quality. But our fears were unfounded as the service was quite good and the food delicious. We stuck to mains and wine by the glass. The portions was quite enough and we were glad we had not ordered starters. I had lamb fillet... More

Small restaurant so you'll definitely need a reservation. Wonderful food and knowledgeable staff. It's a bit pricey but worth it. We were celebrating my mother in laws birthday so we had a large group. The staff was kind enough to take a picture for us. Overall a great experience and I recommend this restaurant if your in the area.

As we enter Boha we are welcomed by a wonderful scent of service and design all together. Its yellow lights embedded in the ceiling gives a feeling of warmth and originality. The food was delivered within 20 min and I gladly would have waited another 20. The slow cooked calf meat was as tender as a romantic evening in Paris,... More

I have visited Boha several times and after one and a half years I decided to pay a visit with my fiancee. Service was prompt and friendly as usual and we chose where to sit as they were quite empty this particular night. I won't go into too much detail other than to say that there was a cold atmosphere... More

Our first dinner at Boha was as part of a group of 20 Australians touring with Academy Travel. We walked the short distance from our hotel in the cold and rain, so it was lovely to feel the warmth of Boha. Our set meal consisted of a beef terrine, bouillabaisse and a chocolate mousse slice. The terrine was extraordinary -... More

We more or less stumbled upon this place while trying to find a place to eat that was open past 9 pm on a Tuesday night after just getting into town. Google Maps led us here and it was a nice surprise. They only had one vegetarian item on the menu, a mushroom risotto, which was listed as a starter.... More

We had a 7-course meny with wine package to all courses. Good food but the service didn't come up to enough standard. They didn't present the food and wine and were a little bit arrogant.

The prix fixe menu is a great way to get a sampling of very nice Norwegian influenced food. Just like everything else in Norway, it is pricey but the quality of the food is worth it.
