This is the place to go if you like a tender ribeye steak. The restaurant was packed, but the waiter had full control and we got our drinks and food as ordered. My birthsday dinner was a success!

This is the first time I have come to Bergen. The city is lovely, quite big and not crowded. There are 3 things remain in my memory: rain ( the whole time I stayed, oh that's so it's called "city of rain"), amazing hotdog and delicious salsa dessert. I came to there for dinner, I used beef and salsa chocolate,... More

I am an American living in Norway, and I am typically very unhappy with meals out - they are uninspired, and outrageously overpriced. This is MY exception. I find the food to be wonderful, I love the cozy atmosphere and I find the prices, for what you get, far more reasonable than most places (When you pay $15 for a... More

I arrived at 11:00 pm when you cannot find any place in bergen for a good hot menu The guy served a mixed Indian beriani which was very good , and watched at the same time Salsa dance

Sitting down, very hungry at a outdoor restaurant in a city seldom gives you surprises, but Salsa was really. You don't expect such a nice meal at a tourist area in a town, we were four persons all having different meals and we all were surprised over how well-prepared the meals were. Go there!

We have been here last year. The food was good, the waiter was an old man that spoke so loud that my parents in law got a little afraid.. And the waited for the 4 dishes to be ready so they served it at the same time but unluckily it was cold.. Not a bad experience but not the best...

We went out on a vim, not having made any reservations. Our first choice was to try the nearby "Naboen", which I am sure would be a better experience, but they were full. So Salsa was a second choice, taking a positive approach and hoping that the more encouraging reviews would be closer to the truth. The prices are what... More

I have eaten at Salsa a couple of times, and every time it's the same: Great staff, good wine, and the best Prime Rib I have ever eaten. No doubt I will be back! To use the mandatory 200 characters, I can mention that it can be a bit hard to find...

The food was good, nothing more, the service was avearge and the prices a bit steep. All in all, I am not tempted to revisit any time soon. And I am a local... My friends and I enjoyed our meals, but there are both better and more reasonably priced restaurants in Bergen. Good atmosphere, though!
