Nice restaurant for an intimate dinner. Quality of service is generally good, and so is the food and the wine. Nice option is the "happy hour between 16.00 and 18.00.

I am not a food connoisseur or something, just a lowly foodie. There are a lot to choose from, from so-so restaurants to the best in its class. Eating out here in Trondheim could be really expensive if you want great food. But Emilie's is where I feel that I get the most value for my money. It's a small... More

Excellent food, waiters and waitresses knew the food and could explain both wine and food to detail. Good selection of wine! The rooms were a bit small but a cosy intimate atmosphere!

We chose the daily 3 course-menu with wine package - cod with fried "bacalhau", roasted breast of duck including puree of sweet potato and cauliflower and a strawberry tart for dessert. The appetizers with gazpacho, raw salmon with avocado puree and foie gras tasted very good. The wines that was served was a prosecco as an aperitif, one nice dry... More

I went by a suggestion of a friend and I was amazed by the quality of their food. The service was also excellent. Maybe the prices were a bit expensive for a student but it was totally worth it. So far, the best restaurant in Trondheim that I have been. I totally recommend this place.

I was invited to a 3 course meny by my 6 weeks old daughter on my birthday, and we arrived there with here. We got a little table squeezed in a corner. In our case, that was okay, since a 6 weeks old toodler might need some food not available on the meny and you might not wanna do that... More

We were there with a party of about 12 people. The service was very thorough and presented the dishes and wine like an upper level restaurant would. The food ranged from good to excellent (meaning: a flavour experience!). The only thing was: they took a LONG time to prepare the food for all of us! We were simultaneously served, but... More

We chose the five course menu with wine and both the food and wine were excellent. The chef even took the bother to explain everything in English to me despite most of the party being Norwegian. It provided a very enjoyable evening.

This supercute restaurant is a bit hidden away, but it's worth checking it out! Between 4 PM and 6 PM they have today's 3 course menu for 300 NOK, which is almost a bargain considering the quality of the food :) The day we went there, they served lobster soup for starters, pork shoulder with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables... Emilies is a small restaurant serving top-tier courses, staffed by skilled professionals. Enjoyed a creative five course meal created by a chef which definately showed passion for his trade. Wine pairings were ok, but I missed a more creative approach in this price range. Excellent service. Good atmosphere, albeit the small locale makes for a bit of noise. Would visit... More
