Good food, nice service

This was my first visti to this restaurant. The staff was really friendly. Cosy place. Menu is not too big and complicated. I took the 3 courses day menu. Tasted very good and fresh. The fish was prepared perfect. Perhaps a little bit too much salt, Desert was perfect. Nice wine. Good price-quality... read more

I have been eating at Frati first time in 2000. I got the best lamb tenderloin ever. I have been there several times with few years between, but always blown away with the food. I travel alot in Europe, and have to say that Frati is in my top 5 restaurants I ever visit. Service is good and food flawless.... More

Very good and tasty dishes. I especially like their pasta dishes. Good atmosphere and service. Good prices and large portions. Popular place, so it can be very full and cramped at times.

I went to Frati with my husband after being recommended by friends and seeing they had beef and bearnaise on the menu. We got a beautiful table by the window but the lights were slightly too dark, so I had to squint to see anything on the menu. We ordered beef medium rare and fish. Just before our mains arrived... Hmm, what to say. I will say this much : the appertizers are better than the food. Simple italian tapas dishes never goes wrong. But when it comes to the maine courses, theres really nothing special about it. Its plain. And for the price you pay, you better off somewhere else. The fish f.e looks like the one u buy... More

It is in a second floor and therefore not suitable for persons with physical limitations. Apparently it is an italian restaurant but the food we had did not resemble real italian food, with non typical pimiento flavor in both dishes we ordered. Nothing especial here.

The food was good, but what took away from the whole experience was the cramped seating. My left elbow actually rested on the next table.

I visited this restaurant today as I had looked at their internet menu and found something I would greatly appreciate. The greater disappointment when I came there, and it was not on the menu I was given there, the internet menu is probably an old one. The place serves somewhat acceptable food, but combined with a very dark and very... More

Aside from their authentic tasting Italian pizzas with spicy sausages that goes with their good selection of wine. To top it all, it's the ambiance that will make you stay and have a good chat. Tables are a bit close to each other so it felt so cozy and lively.
