Roar Hildonen, restauranteur with more than 30 years experience, has owned and managed many of Trondheim's most successful restaurants. He is also known for holding the title of Norway's and the World's champion of cocktails. He is the only Norwegian to ever receive the John Whyte Memorial Trophy. His colleague Alexander Skjefte, holds a Young Somilier prize and is an educated sommelier with an extensive knowledge of wines.Welcome to our Restaurant in Trondheim.
