Service by Camilla was top notch with great food suggestions that sold us on the "king of fish" daily catch which was incredible. We started with the scallop and after several tastes of wines by the glass decided on the Italian... More

This is definitely our favorite restaurant in Trondheim, both for private and business diner. Great (mostly local) food prepared with knowledge of and respect for the ingredients, good offer of wine that fits the taste of the food, and absolute great service. This restaurant is a well-known gourmet restaurant in Trondheim. I have visited this place in several occasions, both with business partners and in private settings. Excellent food, good wine recommendations, nice setting and a large cocktail list – what more could you ask for?

The food was very good, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was up to standards. To Rom og Kjøkken is a nice and friendly place with a good atmosphere. It is not a very big restaurant, and even though it was full, we could still have a pleasant conversation going. To summarize, a nice ,but slightly expensive evening.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Not noisy even though all tables occupied. Food mostly good, although risotto was too salty and meat too little cooked to be well done. Nice wine selection. Prices fair for Norwegian standard.
