A place in the city senter just in the north end of the walking street . I was eaten biff snadder and that was very good. The place was old and the service wat not nice.

Was staying at the Scandic Kristiansand, enjoyed a dinner as usual at Egons the pulled Pork sandwich is ok but otherwise just mainstream pubfood wich is good but service and how to order and pay needs a change.

Had to order and pay up front which shows a lack of trust. Food was good and staff were friendly Location good, on main shopping street in pedestrian zone.

We found ourselves in Kristiansand on a Sunday when practically everywhere was closed in the town centre. It was a sunny warm day and we fancied sitting out and having a beer. This was one of the few places open. Nice outside terrace on the pedestrianised road. We had a couple of beers which were no more expensive than anywhere... More

This is a standard european version of an American burger bar. OK but sticks to the formula. You know what you will get without surprises, good or bad. However the prices were acceptable even by Nowegian standards

Good portion sizes, fair prices (by Norway standards!), cosy restaurant, good service and convenient locations. The Creme Brulee dessert was really good :)

This restaurant is a little different. You get menus when you`re seated and then you order at the bar. I ordered a Egon Premium burger and it was excellent. Crispy potatochips with a delicious juicy burger. The girls are cute and very serviceminded. Felt very comfortable being there. It is a little dark inside but that just adds up to... More

This place is an American theme restaurant, serving burgers, steaks, pizzas etc. We were staying at the Scandic, so ended up using it a couple of times. We had steak sandwiches one day- which were pretty good, and takeaway thin-crust pizza another night, which were also pretty good (they gave us them in massive take-away pizza boxes, so we were... Fair to middling just about covers it. Menu is mainly "American" but no side dishes. Quality is nothing out of the ordinary. It is Nandos style order at the counter so service consists of being served your food. Most items are average price but there are several cheaper items on the menu. Atmosphere is a bit flat with musak playing... More

I wanted to experiment and try something quite different, but unfortunately my son did not. So as he knows what they serve at Egons (the chain offers everywhere the same food), he wanted to go there. As a good parent I decided to follow his wishes :) The service and food was okay on this lovely summer day in Kristiansand,... More
