An Epitome of Nordic Roast

Coffee pilgrims all around the world should put Tim Wendelboe's on top of their wish list. Delicate beans roasted perfectly to highlight their notes super brightly. Coffee pilgrims all around the world should put Tim Wendelboe's on top of their wish list. Delicate beans roasted perfectly to highlight their notes super brightly. Tim brews superbly using Aeropress - everybody's favorite tool. Kapsokisio beans on the shelf mark a good day. Atmosphere is unassuming and intimate. Sitting outside has its own merits: the quiet neighborhood, and a... More

If you're a coffee fanatic and appreciator of the microroaster scene, you already have Tim Wendelboe on your to do list. I did the coffee tasting, 4 coffees, 1 person (but really made for 2) and it was a delicious experience. The barista and I got to chatting and based on my ensuing city travels, he recommended a few other... More

No it's not good, it's breathtaking! But don't even think of messing up this delicious master piece coffee with milk! It's supposed to be virgin and black. Mhhhhmmmm.... We liked especially the one from Colombia! Congratulations Tim, I highly admire you and your friendly team.

As coffee lovers, a visit to Tim Wendelboe was high on our to do list for Oslo and it didn't disappoint. The cafe is close to the centre of town and was handily just a few minutes walk from where we were staying. Given Tim's reputation it wasn't a surprise to find the cafe packed but we found a spot... The coffee was sensational, as described in everything read. The care and time taken to prepare the coffee as well as its presentation on a board was just lovely. Staff are friendly and the interiors are great! The only reservation for me is the lack of seating. Great on a sunny day to sit outside, but next to no chairs... More

The Finca Tamana espresso is simply wonderful. The chilled, creamy cappuccino they serve has a texture and taste like nothing else.

I just to love this place, I still kind of do, but I miss the nerdiness and dedication of the original crew. The emphasise on aeropress is great, but I miss superior shots of espresso from time to time. I like that they roast coffee by the waiting line and that they offer single origin espressos instead of the trend... More

I came here on a beautiful Sunday morning for a coffee fix and it was Sublime. I had a latte which was so tasty! I had to come back the next day for more! I don't think I'll ever have a nicer coffee! Bravo Tim!

It's a really small place, so you need to know it to find it, but there I tasted the best cappuccino ever, so creamy and delicious! If you like coffee you have to go for sure. And it's not even that expensive for Norway.

I went there as an activity. This was my first coffee cupping. Eric, our coffee connoisseur, was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful for someone who knew nothing!
