Yes, this coffee shop is truly inspiring! Wendelboe has created a wonderful place where every detail is treated with care, from the selection and roasting of beans, the measuring & grinding of coffee, water temperature, etc. the employees are so kind and happy to tell customers all about the process. If you seriously enjoy coffee, visit. Its all they serve, no food or snacks. For espresso the price was regular Oslo price. Minimalist interior and a slightly clinical ambiance match the exacting preparation. I thought the blend unique and well worth the visit

It was near to the tram station, but it was a bit difficult to find. The small shop included a coffee bar which was gorgeous. The barista was friendly and she introduced their signature coffee. All were combined with herbs and fruit. The taste was stunning and very special. It should worth to spend a morning or afternoon enjoying all... More

A bit more expensive than other coffee houses. But what an experience. Excellent service takes an espresso to go to new levels. Silky smooth taste. These people know their business. Combine it with a nice and sunny stroll in the little park near by and go to see the vintage shops in Markveien.

Tim Wendelboe is a coffeebar, not a restaurant. The don´t sell anything to eat, but instead you can get the most well made and inspiring coffee you have ever tasted. I absolutely recommend this place. Spend a day and try out all the coffees.

This place has a modern style, minimalistic and at the same time it is down to earth and good atmosphere on the corner with large windows and soft lights. Good service, excellent coffee. When I bring friends from out of town to this place, we will walk out from the main road and the chain coffers bars so they are... More

I'll admit it, I don't drink regular coffee. I enjoy a frappucino from a certain chainstore and I can drink a mocca, the one with espresso and chocolate. So I probably won't be classified as a dinstinguished coffeetaster. And maybe I should have known better than to entee in the first pkace. But they normally serve stuff like tea, mocca... More

Coffee in Oslo is a fantastic experience, and Wendelboe, once barista world champion certainly takes it to an extraordinary level! The cafe only has a few chairs, with more in the summer outside, but its all about the coffee. The team behind the bar have travelled from around the world to work at this establishment, and each and every cup... More

I read about this place in the New York times. I wasn't sure about glowing reviews. It turns out the NYT was right. This is the best single cup of coffee I have ever had. Tim Wendelboe is serious about coffee and it comes out in the flavor of their coffee. If you've never tasted significant variety in a cup... More

I cannot think of a place that beats this coffeewise. (That is all you get anyway). A must in Oslo. (You get Wendelboes coffee in Brooklyn too as far as I know, but might as well come here for the original). Drink at the bar or get it to go and stroll out to the basketballyard.
