Small, quirky and excellent. Incredible what you can make out of a small kitchen and 10 tables. Hard to get a reservation, but if you do this is a must. Get ready for an informal and unforgettable evening.

This is a very small intimate restaurant with a fantastic kitchen, and the best service in town. A place for special occations. Pricey but worth it

Palace Grill is my definate favourite in Oslo. This 23 chair restaurant only serve a 10 course set menu. Service is always great - friendly and with excelent knowledge on both food and wine. Do not be surprised if the waiter sits down and have a glass together with you. The wine selection is carefully put together by very experienced... More

My travels take me many places, but when in Oslo I always attempt to eat at the Palace Grill. Situated just a Minute from the Royal Palace, this small Restaurant (and wonderful rustic bar) serves the best Food in Norway! It is my clear favorite, combining cozy atmosphere, fabulous Food, excellent wines, and wonderful intimate Service. There are literally only... More

We loved the concept, it's laid back, tiny and cool, and enjoyed every bite of food. I found the food better then ever have been several times, we listened to our servers wine choices and sadly we felt a bit tricked by his choice of too expensive wines. Sadly in the aftermath it overshadowed the food experience. We could have... More

Ecellent food served through a 10 course meal. No disappointments at all. Surprisingly good wine (We had the "winepackage" with recomended wines to every course). Service was good and with a unformal, friendly touch... Definately a place to visit again!

I had heard so much about this place that i was looking forward to something new and different, unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. The food was good but not extraordinary, the service was friendly but a bit slow.Make sure plenty of time you are going to need it.
