“i didn t like fish soup but now....”

i do. and it s because in this restaurant they cook it so good! the environment is curious, you get immersed in early 1900s late 1800s easily, confortable, good food and good service. Careful if you are not used to Norwegian prices

Need a place to go for a lunch? If the weather allows it get a place up on the terrace and you'll have a stunning view out over the parliament and the park! They have set up a BBQ and will prepare your food right in front of you while you wait!

Booked a table for 4 people on a Saturday for Afternoon tea. We were nicely greeted by the staff when arriving, and shown to our table. The restaurant was almost full of guests. I loved this place, so different, I don't think everyone likes such style but its worth visiting. I'm not going to spoil it with description but memories from the Christiania period is a tip. The food is good and service nice. In a very expensive town then this seem to be medium priced place.

Great central Oslo location. Service is good and the food matches. Great location for lunch or dinner. Nice wine selection. Try some of the fish mains. Will go back.
