Description: Dinner Restaurant has served food from our Szechuan and Cantonese kitchen...
Dinner Restaurant has served food from our Szechuan and Cantonese kitchen in the heart of Oslo since 1989 and are proud to continue offering our guests an exciting journey through Chinese food culture. Traditionally, the Chinese meal consists of many different dishes that are shared between guests at the table in order to create a more social dynamic around the meal time. Our menu is structured in such a way that this style of eating is possible with us. Please ask your waiter if you would like to know more about the dishes and produce used. We would also like to share that all of Dim Sum is made here in the restaurant and the Mango Pudding is still made by the same cook that made it back in 1989.

Amazing sensory experience

Go for the lunch time meny. Cheaper but the cooks are not not saving on appearance, nutrition or the eating with eyes bonus. All the little/ and big! Extras are there - cloth napkins, personalized service from waitresses who know the ingredients and explain each dish.

I went here for dinner with several people in a group. They ordered a set menu but I got a separate vegetarian dish. And I was completely shocked at how bad it was. The starter was supposed to be grilled vegetables with sesame seasoning. But what I got was really cold,(like it just came out of the fridge) also dry... More

We were looking for a different restaurant in the tourist center of Oslo and happened upon Dinner. It's an Asian restaurant, quite upscale. We had a good meal, and enjoyed having some vegetables, which we had a hard time finding in the west of Norway. Service was very good, prices are high but normal for Norway.

Great chinese resturant in Oslo. The food is stunning and the menu has some impressive courses, spicy and aromatic. It is a fancy gourmet resturant but the food is worth every money.

Was really surprised at this Michelin reviewed restaurant-incredibly impressed by the food, spicy and aromatic. Supremely impressed by the lamb cutlets! Great location as in central Oslo opposed to the central square and a short walk to the beautiful harbour-highly recommended

The food was just stunning, served lovely on big plates (sharing meny). It was a lovey combination of asian style. We went there in a group of 25 persons and with a great culture mix - all of us loved it ! But...the service sucked big time! We ordred a table for 25 persons and we got 4 small tables.... More

The appetizers are so good that we never make it to the main courses. We just order several and share. And don't miss the crispy duck and Chinese pork ribs...best this side of Singapore. It's all delicious. Book ahead.

We've been here twice and it never disappoints. The food is fresh tasting and looking too. Often asian food in European restaurants are slopped together and looks like crap. But the presentation at Dinner is very good. More importantly the food tastes great. Go for the king prawns. But remember medium is hot. So Skandi's should choose mild ;-) It... More
