Not the cheapest in Oslo, but certainly worth the trip

After going through the menu a couple of times, did we decided to go for the 5 course menu. This is a nicely composed menu that emphasizes Nordic cuisine, and the sommelier had done a very good job in pairing the wine to the different courses. This is definitely not the cheapest option, but it... read more

We had a great evening at Lille B. We had booked a 4-course meny through bookatable.com for 500,- NOK (pretty decent for being Norway), and got superb food! The meals weren't the biggest, but with a bonus starter and lovely foccacia with whipped pork butter it was perfect and filling. The onion - cheese-dish was absolutely awesome, one of the... More

Was there yesterday. Been looking forward to it, but left disappointed. In this pricerange, there are better options in Oslo, like Brasserie France. Portions way to small, and although the food was good, it was way to bland! Three course meal, with wine for 1800 + NOK , you want to leave feeling stuffed, not looking for the nearest place... Went here during the Restaurantfestival last month. I could not help myself for thinking this is the little brother to Maemo, Noma and Geranium. It was exiting food looking at it`s best. The bread we got before the meal was incredible, and the braised pig, have mercy, it was delicious. This is not a very cheap restaurant, but it is... More

We tried this restaurant as it is featured as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin guide. We had a very nice meal, started with a tasty warm bread. Our starters were Scallop, cauliflower in dill sauce, and a Lobster ravioli bisque. The bisque was flavoursome. For mains we had Monkfish and sepp, and a Pan-fried skate, all washed down with... This restaurant has an undeserved reputation for being one of the best newcomers in Oslo. The food is quite well prepared and tasty, but the serving sizes are so minuscule that you need a loupe to see. If the tastes had been awesome I wouldn't mind so much, but it is not. The service, although nice is quite average for... More

The father died, the Michelin stared restaurant Bagatell, after some difficult years but the daughter is very much alive. Lille B is a cosy and friendly place to visit. We went for a late lunch with beer. The staff met us with a warm smile and it was really very easy to feel comfortable. We were served a three course... More

Great place, little and compact. The food is nicely made and surprising and gives me inspiration for the home cooking and recreating the dish. Cool vibe and good service. Perfect for lunch especially.

Side by side, the 2 star Michelin restaurant Bagatelle, you find this little restaurant for a special meal. The staff welcomes you in a friendly way, and shortly after she gave me a glass of Chablis, I got a small Amuse Boche on the house. Wow. The warm bread with a good tasting fat on side, was a surpass. A really good restaurant, recommend especially the scallops..and the strawberry dessert. But be aware if you try to avoid too much salt.
