The waitress could speak Spanish, Serbian, English and Russian, but not Icelandic. But she was very nice, as was the food

While the atmosphere is at least mediocre, there was nothing else that came close. The chicken was overcooked and underseasoned. The shrimp were also overcooked, to the point where they were tough. The aioli was decent.... In short I would NOT eat here again nor suggest it to anyone. After eating out ONLY here yesterday I had the worst case... More

We're 5 of us and we ordered 2 different menues. The waiter (really poor english) just put the food on table and we had to guess ourselves who's having what. The food was OK, nothing more. When we asked for the bill, the waiter came after 10 min and told us that the portable pay-mashin wasn't working, so we had... More

This place used to be great. The food was fabulous (and not too expensive) and the mainly Spanish waiters were always on hand almost running all round serving customers. After not having visited for a while, I was back for a meal on a Tuesday evening. Even though only a few tables were taken, the waiter was absent for long... More

I considered to give this restaurant 2 dots, because my sister in law swore that she once made a better experience. But in the end I just could not get over a throughout bad experience, read yourself. In Oslo, where going out is a bigger financial undertaking, a bad restaurant experience will hit you harder then in a city where... More

I have been twice to San Leandro with friends and I had one fine experience and not-so-good one. In any case the waiters did not come around enough and clearly do not look like they want to help you out. The second time I have been there, the heating was not properly working although we were in February!! We complained... More

It took some time after we got our table until we were acknowledged, although the restaurant was almost empty. I like to eat my food sitting with my feet on the ground, not on bar stools San Leandro offers. We ordered an España menu, rather expensive, but looked promising. The soup was tasty, and the Pata Negra really good. The... More

I had heard good things about San Leandro, and decided to go there for a romantic meal. And, the food was good, by all means. But the whole place was a bit lacking... I had made reservation a week ahead; yet, when we arrived we were at first offered a place upstairs, at the end of a table suited for... More

The food here was a big disappointment. Nothing special to offer and the food they serve is mediocre. This was the first and last time I went here. Too bad because the place have a nice atmosphere.

The first thing you will notice about this restaurant is that it's located on a street where you could see not more than traffic and passingby people. The place has two floor, little dark light, uncomfortable seats, you can't lean back. No place to hang your coat or handbag or whatever. It is totally lack of waiters! Only three in... More
