Went here one evening after it being recommended by a guy on the plane (he was Norwegian) We had to kind of wait and stalk tables and after about 20 minutes finally found one. We ordered a beer, a cider, 2 burgers and a bucket of chips for £56. Apparently this is a budget place to eat which is believable... More

Don't expect an American burger - at least when it comes to the beef. I hated mine. Great bar, atmosphere and beer though.

This place is know for having Tromsø's best selection of beer, and a rocking selections of burgers. Some say the best in the north of Norway. The fries here are special and pretty awesome! I recommend going there just for those. It has a rock theme, and plays mainly rock music. A little loud for my taste for a place... More

This was a great place to grab our first meal in Tromso. It looks like a rock themed bar but you will find that even on a Saturday it is a place for locals and tourists alike to meet up and while away a few hours. The local Mack beer is surprisingly good and the burgers are fantastic with a... More

First they mixed up our order, so I took a bite out of another girls burger. Then we had to wait over one hour longer than they predicted for the burgers. These things could have been forgiven if the food was good. But it was awful. Everything tasted burnt, salty and very dry. Did not finish meal and we paid... More

We went to Bla Rock Cafe one evening for a quick bite to eat. In addition to excellent, though occasionally slightly naff, music memorabilia. In addition to some great, local beers, they also do an amazing array of music themed burgers- Red Hot Chillie Peppers, Dead Kennedys, Elvis etc etc, and brilliant deep fried potato skins- marvellous. OK, so it's... More

Not sure why this is the restaurant section as it's really a rock themed pub that does pub grub. Set over three floors with a decent beer and burger selection. Friendly staff, good device and free wifi. No complaints.

Nice pub to have a drink after dinner. Rock 'n roll style and with good beers from the local Mack Brewery. Try the Bayer one or the Juleøl one.

Was recommended the Bla Rock Cafe by more than one local resident as the best burger in town. They did not lie! I had the Kennedy burger with homemade fries and enjoyed every bite. The bar and cafe area were well decorated and very clean but really it would not have mattered if it was a dive as the burger... More

best burgers in town, friendly staff and good location. Nice elevated floorplan that makes you feel like you're in a small place.
