The food is just ok. Nothing to fancy and highly overpriced. Well thats the price for the northernmost Indian restaurant in the world.

i simply love indian food, but this was disappointing. Boring food with almost no taste at all. Not worth the money. We were three persons, and the other two were a bit more satisfied than me though.

Being an Indian/spicy cuisine fanatic, I ended up eating at this place 4 times during my stay. The food quality is excellent, a variety of dishes to choose from, professional and sophisticated service, nice and clean atmosphere. Bang for the buck. Highly recommended!

We ordered nan, paneer and samosa and the bill was thrice the cost of a buffet in US. The paneer sabji was just a mixture of cut paneer with some tadka. The nan and samosa were ok and the hotel was 1 min walk from the hotel we stayed. The owner was ok to talk to but gave very poor... More

We live in Tromso and have never been to this place so the four of us spontaneously dropped in to Indian House on a Saturday evening. Not many people there, as I usually see when I pass by on the street. We are not very familiar with Indian food so we ordered dishes like lamb tikka masala and buryani. Most... More

If you fancy indian food then this is the only place in Tromso to go to, it is expensive. Always ask the quantities of the items you will be ordering, we ordered 4 pappadums and ended up getting 8! Good place to go to if you are vegetarian. You get rice with every main dish. 2 main dishes is more... More

We ate there with high hopes, but were really disappointed with quality and price! ... Very expensive food... Very less quantity and even more poor quality... There were no cubes of paneer in palak paneer.. And tiny bits of chicken in chicken tikka masala. The gravy seemed to be the one that is bought in jar in stores. One curry... More

Keep this little gem on hand for when you arrive in Tromsø and everything is closed or full. Was satiated by the good warm food that arrived quickly and efficiently; pricey but average for the most expensive country in the world.

candidate for one of the most horrible Indian meals I've ever eaten.my wife's vegetarian meal was passable. My son's Tandoor chicken was okay. They managed to mess up my chicken tikka masala which is almost unheard of. My son refused to share my chicken dish which is even more rare.Left the meal half eaten. The naan seemed to be store made.Very... More
