Good food!

Had a really good meal, there one evening! Nice atmosphere, good service and the biggest portion of schnitzel and chips I have ever had! Great wine ( zweigelt). Hey , it is not gourmet, but it hits the spot!

Dropped in for beer, read the menu and came back next night for dinner and glad we did. The non-smoking section is separated by electrically operating doors. As for the beer and food? Definitely a yes! The wiener schnitzel was especially good.

the dishes are mainly from pork, so as a person who doesn't eat pork, i didn't have much choices. they used to have a dish which they don't serve anymore, and that's a pity cz it was their good one, Roastzwibelbraten.. anyway, they have cheap dishes for huge portions, and cool and cozy environment.

We ate at centimeter last night and thought it was great! We both had burgers both of which were massive and so tasty. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Would recommend if your really hungry as you get a lot of food for your money!

Awesome!! Both the food and staff! :)) We met this nice and cozy restaurant by pure chance when we were cold, extremely tired because of long travel by train and, of course, hungry. We were almost hopeless at about half past nine in a place we know virtually nothing of. But then Centimeter came into sight and it was way... More

Friendly staff, helpful and good English. Shared the 2 metre wurst and it was great. Wasn't sure what to expect as we went in after walking by on the street. Good atmosphere and didn't disappoint.

Stopped here for dinner because of the nice area the restaurant is in. They serve good pub food in quite big portions. I could never empty my plate here. :). The staff is very nice and helpfull and the atmosphere is great.

I visited this restaurant more than once, and was never disappointed. The spare ribs are excellent and there are many plates to choose from. We really liked the "1 meter of Vienna", which had 6 classic dishes of Vienna. The beer selection is adequate (bottled and on tap). The staff was helpful in general and the atmosphere was ok. There... More

Rediculous portion sizes, I mean overwhelming. The soup in the bread bowl was really tasty but too much to eat for a starter. They'd have been better concentrating on making the shnitzels more tasty, rather than given you 1kg of chips on the side of two massive and dry shnitzels with a plate of pickled "side" salad. Laughed my way... More

Neighborhood Profile
The 18th district is the most inconspicuous of the listed neighborhoods. Where else can you still watch card players at a Viennese coffeehouse, or listen to authentic Viennese folk songs with a local audience? Like most respected Viennese neighborhoods, Währing has its own street market, Kutschkermarkt, where you can best feel its pulse. One of Währing’s loveliest outdoor destinations is the small garden palace and museum Geymüllerschlössel. The exquisite 19th century interior is spiced up by contemporary art installations curated by the Museum of Applied Arts / Contemporary Art (MAK).
