We were perhaps not dressed properly for this restaurant, but at least we got in. And what a great experience it was. Vegetable soup is perfect as a starter. Grilled sea bass filet good if you want to eat a bit lighter. Saltimbocca veal steak with bacon and mashed potatos was probably the best veal steak I have had so... More

Paolo and his team made a 30th wedding anniversary celebration very special for my husband and I. We ordered just one pudding, after having the most wonderful food for starters and main course but Paolo served my husbands chocolate soufflé in the most wonderful way, surrounded by exquisite and minute fruit tartlets on a long serving plate - complete with... Procacci offers a good taste of italian food in Wien. It is very well located downtown Wien, near Stephanplatz. It is a very fancy and fine restaurant so the prices are also high. The risotto they offer was succulent and the wine also very very good. They close early, so be there before 10 pm. It is worth to go... More

Thank you very much for your feedback! You are right - arriving for a dinner at our Restaurant is recommended way befor 10 p.m. (We do serve warm food until 11 pm 6 days a week and on sundays until 10 pm.) Still - we love to host guests after the opera or theater. In such cases we serve a... More

We just came back from dinner. It was phenomenal. Minestrone and ravioli were tops and served quite uniquely... Never seen it like that... For dessert we asked for home made choc truffle ice cream and again not only it was excellent , the way they serve it is unique and so gorgeous. Paolo, our head waiter was very polite, with... More

Procacci was recommended to us by the concierge at our hotel. It is situated in a lovely alley, just steps away from the busy shopping district. The salads and pastas were fresh and delicious. The waiter was friendly and took the time to explain the dishes from the menu. Nice selection of wines. Definitely go.

Please do order the Vitello Tonato. Superbly well served in a very relaxed atmosphere. Always enjoy staying here.

We visited Procacci on our first night in Vienna and were pleasantly surprised given some of the negative reviews on here. We shared crostini, sea bass & seafood linguine as well as dessert and had wines to complement each dish - the bill came to <£45 each which was reasonable for the quality. I do think that the general public... More

This was a lunch I wont forget for all the right reasons - excellent food with friendly and attentive service, and an interesting unusual wine list. I had fish soup, agnolotti (just beautiful) and panna cotta. All perfectly prepared and presented. Established in 1885 and situated at the corner of a narrow pedestrian "alley", I rate this as one on... More

Have been here twice before and it should be 5 stars, great place, really, for a number of reasons...asked for the filet of sole special...was great except the red sauce totally overpowered it. Was the most expensive item on menu, do should have bent superlative, alas was a bit off...fish was cooked to perfection though. I'll be back, still highly... More

This one used to be my favourite Italian restaurant in Vienna, however last Sunday I was extremelly dissapointed: slow service, in spite of just a few clients, quality of food lower than before, I do want to believe that it was just related to a Sunday evening, when most people think about next Monday... I shall try again next time... More
