My wife and I went here at the recommendation of the captain on our BA flight to Vienna. We were expecting good because the airline staff get to know the best places for price and quality. We got great, in every sense of the word, the portions are huge, I had ribs, 2 full racks to be precise with about... More

The inside of the restaurant is charming with all the little nooks and levels. The wait staff are courteous, efficient, attentive and yet not hovering - the service was the same excellent level both times we ate there while in Vienna, inside and out. The Schnitzel portions were huge, the Sauerkraut delicious and they were able to handle meal changes... More

This was the best restaurant in Wien, and the only one that offered home cooked style cuisine. You may choose from a variety of real traditional, and delicious, austrian food. My only regret was to not had every single meal, there. They are also super nice and friendly, and the décor of the place is amazing. The inside - the... More

So, since visiting Vienna you obviously need to try a Wienerschnitzel. Me and my friend went here with the desire for Schnitzel in mind. We were in awe when we first got it. The sheer size of it and the flavour. I hate to use this word, but this schnitzel was simply orgasmic! We also tried the classic Vienesse soup... More

If you are planning to eat in this restaurant, the spare ribs accompanied by an Ottakriger Wiener Original are a must! Also the restaurant is pretty nice. There are tables inside giant beer barrels in the back of the restaurant at which you can sit and eat. Definitely a unique experience!

Had dinner there twice while in Vienna. The best schnitzel on the trip accompanied by very good but unobstrusive service They were easily able to accomodate simple dietary restrictions.

This restaurant seems like an extension of the Hilton next to the Stadtpark. Parties from that illustrious hotel chain stream in during the evenings. All of which is fine -- and I'm a tourist too -- but if you want to add some real Viennese customers to the Viennese theme-park tat filling this restaurant, it would make sense to go... More

We ate here relatively late in the evening and were the only ones sat inside on a sultry night. Only when I went to the toilet at the back of the building did I realise how amazing the inside of this place is! It's a full-on traditional Austrian restaurant, with old wooden chairs, tables and decorations. When full I can... More
