I have to tell, it's not my first visit in an Indian restaurant, so I can't miss comparing them. The restaurant is nice and cozy, friendly like an Indian family's home or so, with good nice original ornaments. The seats are lovely. The waiter and waitress are nice too. The only reason I can't give five stars is: the curry... More

I went to this Demi Tass after a long time, nearly 8 years when I first visited Vienna. While it is becoming more and more famous among the Austrians and international guests, it is now closer to other Indian venues. The restaurant is few minutes from the city center if you take the trame or appr. 20 minutes walk. The... More

As it was a hot summer night in Vienna we decided on dinner at Demi Tas as we know their great aircondition. But not only airco is perfect, service and food are more than that. After trying their entire menue I decided it's time again for their famous Chicken Tikka Masala. I am a Tikka Masala addict and try it... More

Excellent food here. It is not the usual case with the Indian restaurants that food is good in all respect. In Demi Tass we were very pleased to dine and the currys were so good that we had to clean up the dishes with tasty nans. The service was friendly and professional.

I was skeptical of the great reviews. However, this was really the best Indian restaurant I have been to for years. And I go often - practically on every trip anywhere and several times a month. The food was very tasty and our request to make it very hot was attended to much better than most Indian. The basmati was... More

My family and I went to this restaurant for a dinner based on suggestions from locals as well as trip advisor rating. We were ver sorry we went there at all, Nothing was good about this place, I my opinion. The ambiance was overbearing. The service was slow and inattentive. The food was below average at best and did not... More

Again and again we come back to Demi Tass, simply the best Indian restaurant in Vienna. Starting with the cosy atmosphere of just 8 tables and the personal service by the owners. The food is the best indian food we know and we try Indian restaurants wherever we are. Never found something comparable. Tipps: try the Chicken Tikka Masala, truly... More

I travel quite frequently all over Europe and went to Demi Tass with my family for the first time where I was pleasantly surprised as it was just outstanding. Having been to several disappointing Indian restaurants before, it was great to experience Demi Tass. The restaurant is quite small but neat and clean. The food was well prepared and cooked... More

Being a resident of Enland, I had to travel to Vienna for an official meeting. My wife who has travelled To Vienna before, had told me that there is not a single good restaurant in Vienna, so I should better go on having Austrian food. Well I had to work hard to look in to internet, and gave a try... More
