the best in vienna

ses they serve few but good pasta dishes, watch for the daily menu which is more authentic than the standard menu, however one of my favourites is the truffle risotto and the the rigatoni with venon ragout

This is my Golden Tip for Vienna visitors! The Cantinetta Antinori is by far the best restaurant (Italian) in town. If it is for leisure or business, you will always dine fine at this restaurant! The waiters are amazing, the food is mesmerizing.....If I could rate this restaurant it would be A++++++!

Great ambiance, warm Italian welcome in Vienna. The food is as good as in Florence, not to miss when in Vienna.

Very nice and smiling welcome. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. We have ordered risotto con tartufo. I think this restaurant is definitely better than those l have ever been in Europa, even than in ltaly. Best taste, good service. I have to day that it is an expensive place. But it is definitely walue for money.

This beautiful restaurant in the heart of Vienna has good food but unfortunately a very limited menu. Prices are very expensive but at lease good food. The only thing that bothered me was that they had 'Moelleux au Chocolat' but mentioned it completely wrong in their menu as a Tart or Tortina. If I only I knew I would have... More

Nice place where to eat if you are planning to spend more than 150 euro for two people. The service was good or at least the person was serving us at the beginning the bald man that took his place after having served the main course was a bit less friendly but never rude. The food was excellent. As a... More

We where looking around Stephansplatz in the Freezing cold when we just popped into this side street and found this lovely restaurant. Even though it's so close to all the touristy places it felt like this restaurant is very authentic and where you would find local people eating regularly. It's not a cheap place but well worth it! The staff... More

the food, the service, the atmosphere- I felt I was back in Florence. The risotto with white truffles was exquisite and so was everything else.

Great place with very reasonable prices. Excellent pasta, good wines (I really liked the Vermentino) and even better dessert (Creme Brulee)

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
