My favoruite in Vienna.

This is so far my favourite ice-cream parlour in Vienna. The ice-cream here is really extremely delicious, including some rather unorthodox varieties (e.g. a goat cheese ice-cream). There is a constant queue in here, but the service is swift so the waiting time is pretty small.

This is NOT your typical ice cream shop! At Eis Greissler, you'll have the chance to taste alternative ice cream flavours such as goat cheese, or pumpkin seed oil! The awesome part is... It's actually delicious! The ice cream is really cheap, too (considering this is Vienna), and portions are quite generous. If you're unsure about those strange flavours, just... More

We went there 2times in Vienna. I prefer the goat milk yogurt and berry. These menus were recomended by natives!:) I really like the taste, and its color. There are several flavors, and you can try every flavor. But you might stand in a long line STILL IT IS SO DELOCIOUS YUM

This is absloutely best ice cream I've ever tried. there is usually line in front of the eis greissler but it doesn't take long time to meet the best ice cream. If you visit Vienna, you must try this ice cream in addition to schnitzel.

We have visited Eis Greisler after our visit in Schonbrunn Zoo and it was amazing. The taste is just real! I have tried 4 different flavours and each of them was true taste and so refreshing. I even got a small scoop sample of the goat milk ice cream which i normally can not even smell goat milk or cheese... More

Great gelato, great prices. Not a long queue and a large selection of gelato to choose from, with 4 different sizes. A nice way to cool down in the summer heat!

It had a good amount of flavors, but where it really shined was the taste. We saw the huge line blocking the sidewalk so we decided to check it out. We asked which flavors were which(they were in German) and what I thought was lemon turned out to be goat milk. When we finally chose, I took a bite of... More

We passed this tiny icecream parlor at least four times while strolling the streets of central Vienna - and each time there was this lengthy line of would-be customers, something I haven't seen since the sixties! Unable to contain our curiosity, we enquired as to the reason and were told enthusiastically that this was "the best icecream in Vienna"... Naturally... More

We came here because of the constant long lines curving along the street. This is a small spot and we were curious. Some Austrian friends told us this was considered the best ice cream in Vienna. We were impressed that the ice cream is organic and comes from their own cows. We were even more impressed with the signs showing... More

At the Eis Greissler you'll get very delicious, yet unconventional ice cream. They do serve the usual classics like Vanilla, Chocolate (dark chocolate), Strawberry etc. as well as a variety of unusual sorts like poppy-seed, butter biscuit, quark, pupmkin-seed etc. and some seasonal sorts. Almost have of the varieties are vegan varieties that (nonetheless) taste very good. ;) In the... More
