Good but not excellent

The restaurant was good, the staff outstanding! an excellent option for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians (some fish options, mostly - vegetarian options). The foor was good but not excellent - some dishes were too salty (cook in love?), the dishes in 4-course-menu came too fast one after... read more

This restaurant is really excellent. Two of us ate here after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. There is a really good range of vegetarian foods on offer and also some fish and chicken. We ordered a quinoa tartar starter to share and the waiter came out with two separate plates (with what looked like a... More

My wife and i ate there last night. We had the three course meals with the wine selections. I had the vegetarian and my wife, the fish option. Both meals were excellent and the wine pairings good. I would recommend as a good adult eating option, especially if you do not want standard fare.

I tried this restaurant after reading trip adviser reviews and I was not disappointed. The food was great and the service excellent. I had the dinner menu with a fish dish and 2 glasses of wine. at € 42 it was a bargain for Vienna. I would recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back next time I visit Vienna.

Cannot praise this restaurant highly enough, beautiful food, very welcoming and genuine. If you are vegetarian and in Vienna please check this place out. Very reasonably priced also. Definitely five stars.

The last time my wife visited with my daughter, she couldn't find this excellent mainly vegetarian restaurant. This time, we happened to walk past and decided to book for my wife's birthday to find the inner door locked. The owner opened the door and we explained and she took us in to make the booking. Lucky we did as it... More

My wife and I visited this restaurant at the last minute. We only rang to reserve a table about 1hr before arriving. Staff: Really professional. Friendly and non intrusive. Ambience: Lovely intimate interior. Even though the place was packed with diners it didn't feel crowded. Food: Excellent first class vegetarian dining. We opted for the vegetarian 3 course set meal... More

Excellent vegetarian cuisine with an Austrian twist. Although they had fish and chicken dishes too. Had the 3 course meal with a pumpkin terrine appetizer, marinated tofu in a paprika yogurt sauce with olives, papaya and zucchini main course, with a poppy seed dessert with fruit and custard. The flavors popped. Atmosphere was elegant but can come casual. All for... More

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
