Excellent Vegan Burger

The location is nice, especially sitting outside on a sunny day. The staff are friendly and speak English. The menu doesn't have too many options, but there were choices for every diet. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on 2 occasions when staying nearby and enjoyed the food and value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff and option for dining in the Bar/Cafe area or downstairs in the restaurant both of which are excellent.

Arrived by overnight train this morning and took recommendation of hotel staff. We had ham and eggs, pancakes with orange-creme, porridge and Viennese coffee at our table. All were very good. Portions are adequate, but not American super sized. Staff friendly and spoke some English. Would come back again .

We ate on the upper deck cafe on a sunny, hot day. The staff were great, very casual and funny, the food was perfectly light considering the heat of the day, and the beer kept coming (and was good and cold). I would definitely go back. A very young crowd, but a number of couples and even some small children.... More

Went here for a business lunch. Ideal setting. The food was very good. I had the salmon with vegetables. Perfectly cooked. Ambiente is nice too. Very good service. Also had drinks another time on the terrace. Splendid view.

A little more expensive than the ordinary Viannese restaurants, but well worth paying the difference. Perfect tuna sachimi for starter, lamb and veal was top class. Quite big portions - doggy bag was provided. Very good service. The only con was the monotonous music, although the waiter was kind enough to lower the volume a little. I would eat there... More

Loved that this was a more youthful cafe, with a focus on contemporary food. From the street you wouldn't know that you're sitting amongst the hydrangeas when you go to this cafe. Delicious breakfast with an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients, great coffee, and hip staff. Very quick service.

I have been to Vienna for Christmas and visited Motto am Fluss two times in a row as we enjoyed it so much. Great menu, great service and great atmosphere. Ask for a table overlooking the river, perfect for a romantic dinner or to indulge and pamper yourself after a long day in the rigid Austrian winter.

We went for lunch and had a table reservation for four. The head waitress completely ruined the experience of the nicely decorated place, and even made us forget about the good menu. Before we could actually sit down and finish saying hello to each other she jumped at us in the unfriendliest tone, almost yelling at our girl-friend who came... More
