Lunch was tasty and good value

I came here for lunch with a friend today and was very pleasantly surprised. At lunch time there was a decent crowd at the outdoor tables and all the food we saw coming out looked good. There are a lot of lunch menus, most are under 10 euros, including a soup, main, and dessert. I took a mixed... read more

My friend booked a certain table in the Copa Cagrana restaurant, by visiting this place personally. The reservation was manually written in their reservation book. One week later, we all came 40 min earlier to confirm we were coming and ... the table was occupied. First the stuff tried to say, that nothing was booked. But, having looked into this... More

Food is good but nothing to be surprised. The service is also good, sometimes the waiters smile at the customers, not so common in this part of Europe. The prices are not cheap but average for Vienna. We were staying in a B&B nearby so this was an excellent choice.

We've been at the restaurants branch located at the Copa Cagrana yesterday evening. The building the restaurants branch is situated is newly built by the city and the surrounding is indeed fabulous. but after asking four times with different waiters if we could have the menu, it took 15 minutes to bring it. it took another 20 minutes and several... Family dinner, with a variety of Greek dishes, mostly fish and seafood, salads... Fresh and tasty. Service was attentive and fast, good advice as to selecting wine. Outdoor seating is fine, no traffic nuisance, inside decoration a bit "too Greek" for my taste. Good value for money, given the reasonable prices. Overall a nice experience, to be recommended.

I stopped in on a Sunday night because it was still open. I ordered the spanakopita and the yiouvetsi. The spanakopita was soggy and greasy. The yiouvetsi was made with beef, not lamb and it was over -seasoned with oregano. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had the two mezza menus, the meat and the fish one. They were very tasty, and typical of Greece. We enjoyed it very much with good ouzo.

My husband & I were so sick of the meat and potato meals we had been eating on this trip that we were happy to try this restaurant closed to our hotel. We were trying to make sense of the menu in German posted outside when the waiter came out and explained them to us. We ended up ordering a... More

It is located in an area where you do not have really dozens of choices. Good vegetables and acceptable grilled fish. It was not fresh, as the waiter told me but was not too bad. Reasonable price

Huge choice of dishes. good food, good deserts and reasonable prices. In a nice quiet residential area. Service was fine. They have a big undercover outdoor eating area too. The staff speak English and there are English menus too.

Staying in Serviten Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighborhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighborhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.
