Rustic, but very good food!

Came upon this place by chance, and as we had a yearning for tapas we went back in the evening. Ordered six tapas courses, all were nice enough, and some were awesome! We had a very nice meal here, the Gazpacho and Paella we very good. It was quiet - only two other places. I'm hardly and expert on Spanish food but we enjoyed our meal, the service and the prices were very reasonable.

I found this place accidentally, on my way to the hostel, on a Saturday night. It was around 8pm and it was almost empty but me and my friend still gave it a go. The lady who served us, I presume she was one of the owners, was extremely nice and even though none of us spoke German we managed.... More

the place does not really seem a spanish restaurant, it smells like it has been closed for months, nothing to do with spain. you feel so sad there and the food is not good, even if the woman tries to do her best. i would not recommend this place.

On returning to our hotel from a day's sightseeing we called in Pedro's at about 6.00pm to try to book a meal for 8.30pm. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked but the owner said that he could offer us a table immediately. At first we said no because we wanted to go back and change. However, my wife was so... Staying in Neubau

Neighborhood Profile
Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
