Vienna is different!

With an Australian culinary outpost located in the heart of the city. Go down into the world of down under - we serve exotic titbits such as tender ostrich and kangaroo steaks or fried grasshoppers in the middle of an Australian opal mine. Here you can also have the juiciest burgers and beefsteaks. Along with the meals, we also serve a superior selection of Australian wines and great Aussie beers including Fosters, Ayers Rock Red, VB, James Boags, Coopers to name but a few.

It was a nice place to have dinner. A great opportunity to try crocodile meat, kangorou and a sweet Australian beer. Great atmosphere!

We ordered X field beer and took our drink's downstairs were... More

This place was recommended to us and we decided to bring our friends that visited us there (it was a risk as we haven't tried it so far). It turned to be a good decision. We didn't have reservation, but we went there just when the non smoking area on -1 floor was opening (17:00), so we managed to find... More

They have Aussie beer! Which is almost impossible to get in Europe. The ambience is good, the good is better, and the crispy-cold VB's are amazing... I'll definitely be back

Amazing!! I am from the states and possibly the best steak I have ever had! Get the pepper sauce! We also had the Roo fajitas and they were also extremely good! Great staff, friendly and attentive!

When you check place from outside it seems like there is nothing special but you have to enter to see the difference. Place is packed and their food among with the beer is good. It made me feel like I am in somewhere else other than Vienna and I think it was something I needed after spending 12 hours in... More

Before leaving the UK we had read some reviews on Trip Advisor about places to eat. As a party of 8 adults; we were finding it quite tricky to find somewhere that would appeal to all of us but after seeing it on Trip Advisor and looking at their menu online, we thought this would be ok. The restaurant frontage... More

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
