I usually don't try other nationality's cuisine while I'm in a foreign city, unless it's something that has been absorbed into the fabric of the country (like Indian food in London or Indonesian in Amsterdam). But my parents really recommended this place (and they know their Italian) and I'm glad we did. How can one say no to Bruschetta con... More

Very good ambient inside of the restaurant and good customer service. None was Italian and even the food's taste was far from Italy. Expensive the check. Not the best experience in Vienna.

We were lucky that we found a place without reservation as it was full. I would recommend you book if you want to make sure to dine there. It's in the shopping pedestrian area. Our group all had pasta and all the choices were delicious. They have a great wine variety but they are very expensive. The restaurant is lovely... More

We visited Danieli's on our first night in Vienna after reading the menus on the wall outside. The fillet steak with foie gras caught my eye, and was as good as I was expecting it to be. We enjoyed our meal so much, we went back the next night too (and the food was even better!!) It also helped that... More

We were group of 7 people having dinner. The environment is really nice and service good. The food i found ok but nothing special and bit overpriced. But maybe it was my choice of dishes. I had the sea bass which I thought lacked flavors. Overall I don't have a need to go back.

Here on business. I had eaten at this restaurant several years ago and of course being Christmas it is a good area to shop and enjoy the holiday sights and some Christmas Punch. The restaurant is located on a narrow street but easy to find. Seating was tight and we did have a reservation. It is obvious you are a... More

Had a nice Italian meal in this restaurant last week. The food was typical Toscani Italian and the wine list very good. The place is split in two.The front looks like a nice traditional Italian Tratoria where the back is a posh Italian restaurant. Service was good and the atmosphere was nice if a bit formal. Over all a nice... More

We ate here twice during our 5 day stay in Vienna. Food seemed very consistent. We had a great Caesar salad with a little bit of crispy bacon on top and a superb dressing. Pasta with cockles....so good. Ravioli with wild mushrooms in butter and spinach sauce with truffle butter. Rich and filling. Fruit de la mare pasta which was... More

This was probably one of the best dinners we ate during our entire time in Vienna and we were very impressed with every aspect of the meal. The service was excellent, the food was prepared to perfection and the portions were perfectly sized as well. We ordered a gnocchi and beef dish that was outstanding. We were amazed at how... More
