Average restaurant with friendly staff

Went there once for lunch and once for dinner. The restaurant itself is really nice with lots of tables and possibilities to sit. They also have two terraces one in front the second behind the house. Service overall was friendly but not professional most of all overworked. I did get the salad at... read more

Had a dinner in this pizzeria which was packed with guests. Pizza's are family size with thin crust and do not fit on the plates, kids shared one pizza and still could not finish it. Provided pizza knives were useless. Quite frankly, the pizza's did not have much taste at all. Waited 10 mins. for 1st order, then 35 mins.... More

We ordered a veg pizza & spaghetti bolo, must say did not expect such a huge helping. Basic and filling , the cocktails do seem to be on the weaker side though.

This restaurant has a very friendly staff and a nice terrace just outside the Tyrol shopping center. We sat down for a quick lunch and were certainly not disappointed. The food is ok (not excellent), but the pricing is very friendly as well making the overall experience good.

Always difficult as a solo traveller going into a strange restaurant in a strange city but staff very welcoming and friendly. Good ambiance and food excellent especially the vitello tonnato.

We stumbled upon L'Osteria in Innsbruck while we were looking round for some of the high ranking restaurants. However, this place had a nice welcoming look and for us appeared more our style so in we went. We've eaten twice there (yes, the first night pizza was very nice!) and both times, we were indeed made very welcome and the... More

Restaurant is just behind bar area. Go right to the back to cosy booths. Great pizzas and nice staff. Lovely find.

While not unpleasant, l'Osteria offers low-cost, tourist-oriented food. The menu is a bit confusing at first, with food being organised in regions rather than entrees, mains and desserts, but the waiter was friendly and spoke English and gave us some helpful advice. We decided to order entrees and pizzas, and while the pizza was pretty good, unfortunately the entrees we... More

We always avoid eating in restaurants that are located on a busy tourist square/street. L'Osteria is right near the Golden Roof/Innsbruck tower in the Innsbruck old town - so potentially a big tourist trap. It was purely by necessity that we decided to chance it and we were pleasantly surprised. Firstly the waiter was terrific with little touches for the... More

A nice place to grab a bowl of spaghetti and a bottle of wine in the historic centre of Innsbruck. Good value and decent, basic Italian food.
