We dined here based on positive comments that we have read, and we were not disappointed. The schnitzel was very good, but the real surprise was the Bolognese Spaghetti, which was very tasteful. The pasta was dry but soft, and was not sticky. Price was very reasonable. Service was good too.

This is a great bar in the square. Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. The range of beers on offer was great and again she helped us understand what we were trying. The food is also very good. I assume it is local delicacies, there are lots of meats, stews, etc. This was fine by us, but might not... More

We stopped here for lunch and I'm so glad we did. We each had a local beer and split the schnitzel which was the best that we have ever had and we have traveled throughout Germany. We also split the goulash soup which was also amazing. The strudel was just OK. The service is great and very friendly. Stop by... More

This place was a great value for the location (right by the golden house.) Very reasonable prices for wine and hearty local food. We sat outside in the alley which had just the right level of activity for a pleasant meal.

This is the restaurant we loved going to during our 3 nights in Innsbruck!! The food was always great and the service was fantastic! This waitress named Sylvia, was one the reason that we kept going there also. Nothing better than being on holidays and have someone with a positive, happy attitude to make it even more special! Thanks Sylvia!

Popped in here for a quick bite before heading off on a walking tour of Innsbruck. I had Gulashzuppe and my husband some sausages. The service was quick, Dora was very inviting and pleasant and the food tasty. This restaurant/bistro is right beside the famous Golden Roof, so a great location in the heart of the old town.

Simple, good value place serving up tasty local fare. It's very typical stuff and might be a bit stodgy for some taste, but it would be hard not to enjoy.

We used this bar every night for our three night stay because it could not be beaten for a wonderful place to relax and chill after a day of sightseeing. The staff were amazing and I should give a special mention to Sabine and Dora who spoke very good English and were friendly and very helpful. Sabine deserves a special... More

We stumbled upon this place this afternoon. There were quite a few people inside and the menu seemed reasonable. We had a few local beers, venison ragu and sauerkraut, meats and dumplings. Food was good. Service was a bit patchy (slow) but that didn't spoil the experience. We finished with the apple strudel and sachet torte. Both quite good.

Quite a lot dishes to choose: pork, lamb, beef and even deer. Cosy and friendly atmosphere. The prices are average. Good house wine.
