Good for all the family

The service was friendly and there was something for all the family on the menu. We went on a busy afternoon but the staff still managed to find us a good place.

You are better off just coming here for a beer. Nice atmosphere, particularly in the summer when you can sit outside. The food is very average - try die wilderin instead.

As we didn't make a reservation, the only available seating was a table at the bar downstairs. It was fine as it was a proper table, not bar counter. The server was friendly and helpful to start us off with the draught beer, small. The beer is delicious. It is a local brew, from just 20km from Innsbruck. I ordered... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend that used to live in Innsbruck. We ate upstairs and it was fairly busy, but the waitress was efficient and pleasant. Our meal was delicious. My husband had the burger for 9.90 euros and I had the weiner schnitzel which was 15.80 (veal) It was also available with either pork or... More

Our waitress was extremely helpful in finding gluten free food to accommodate for my Celiac disease. I had Tiroler Grossl which was a beef and potato meal with an egg on top. However for those that are also lactose intolerant, be wary! Both meals were delicious, and a healthy portion.

We tried this restaurant because it has typical products and on the menu there are many allergy alerts for each dish, like gluten, milk.... it's just out the turistic streets and it has a very beautiful area with tables outdoor. The food is good and the waiters are really kind. I suggest to try it.

This restaurant is located by the congress building. The seating is outdoor. The menu German and English. The selections were varied and very good Great atmosphere and jovial wait staff. Good local beers and wines. You won't find it if you are not looking for it. Very reasonable prices too.

I had the Alpin char, the fish was cooked to absolute perfection, flavour and texture incredible. The side vegetables were also very well done, not mushy or undercooked, just perfect. On this night, I was eating by myself, but that didn't mean I got a lack of attention. When I was eating, I was left alone, anytime I needed something,... More

If you want a small central spot but not so noisy you'll find this terrifically priced spot a through a hole at the end of the main pedestrian area or down a street that looks like there is nothing there. But it's lower down from the street and well worth looking for. We had excellent pasta and fish. Great service,... More

We were here on a busy evening, the patio was full and it was warm. The servers were attentive and friendly, the food was tasty. We had veal bratwurst, ravioli and a schnitzel-all were tasty. The spinach filled ravioli was better tasting compared to the cheese only filling. Sadly, we sat down wind from a table of chain smokers. It... More
