Veeery nice pub in the center of Innsbruck, with different austrian beers and local food. I enjoyed the quality of food and the friendly staff, they suggested me good beers. Atmosphere is calm and everyone was enjoying. I suggest to visit this nice place :)

That was first place where we went after arrive in Innsbruck. Very climatic place with good food in old town. One thing I didn't like is that you can smoke there.

Loved this place. After the rip off prices in Venice it was like a breath of fresh air to discover the Austrian take on the bar scene. First shock was that Austria has taken a sensible approach to the question of smoking in bars. Instead of the 'nanny knows best' adopted by most European countries, the choice is given to... More

Four of us had lunch here with six beers as four entrees (in the €8.2 to €9.8 range). Total was €58.20 Nice outside tables. Good and attentive service. Menus available in English.

if you want a simple but good meal while visiting this city try this pub; placed in the centre of the city, the elferhause is good for lunch and dinner; we've eaten for dinner the first day of our trip and we've chosen hamburger and ribs which were served with fresh salad and baked potatoes; and the good thing was... This is one of the many restaurants located in the Altstadt. The terrace is large with umbrellas in case of rain. We were received and sat by a very friendly waiter. The menu is large, but we chose the Rosti. They offer 3 types. We chose the rosti Dimitri (Lamb, feta, tomato) and Rosti Joggl (Chicken, bacon and tomato). Both... More

The food wasn't great - greasiest spaetzle I've ever had - but the service was quite good and the location was ideal. They also had more choices for beers (dark, light, white, etc.), which is great when you've had enough Zipfer for awhile. ;) But the food was just average to sub-par - skating by on it's location, I think.... I was just looking for a little place to grab something warm to eat when I came upon Elferhaus in the historic walking district. Great vibe! A place that I'd love to meet up with some friends and have a drink. They had a lunch menu and I ordered the biergoulash, which with a drink, ended up being a little... More

Contrary to previous reports, this bar seemed to be non-smoking. Perfect for us as many bars in Innsbruck are surprisingly smoky. Good choice of beers, local and world. All really cheerful and helpful staff. Nice mixed clientele and atmosphere.
